I spoke to Sandie twice before visiting the shop....I took my own dress and shoes....and Sandie was so helpful finding me a hat and handbag to match my outfit. And as luck would have it I was able to hire the hat! I can highly recommend this shop for the excellent customer service!

Well i had to contact yhem for a dress i ordered over a year ago for a wedding this year i went to wear it and it was faulty with a hole in it. Contacted them. They were brilliant asked me for pictures. I Sent them in and they refunded me straight away. The lady I dealt with was amazing. Pink Boutique have lovely clothes and brilliant customer services

Returned an item to find the refund has been reduced due to costs of processing.
I have never heard of a company that charge you to refund money that you originally paid.
It was the first time I’d ordered from this company - I’ll stick to reputable company’s in future

Rosie was really helpful with promptly resolving an issue I had. Putting the customer first is not often the case these days so it was a refreshing change to deal with Rosie. Thank you Rosie and I am looking forward to buying more from Pink Boutique.

Appalling service do not buy from this company. Ordered incorrect size requested immediate cancellation so could reorder in correct admittedly my initial error. Received immediate response unable to cancel order due to speed of warehouse blah blah blah have to wait for receipt of the order inconvenience myself returning waiting for a refund and then still expect repeat customer of a reorder. No chance lazy policy put in place by lazy staff who cannot be bothered to put in a simple call to the warehouse team to pull the order and refund. I’ve no doubt many people have the same complaint about this nonsense policy.
