Love shopping on here! Item always described just like images and love that this company gives you the option to exchange for a different size. Customer service is always so helpful also! Grace was brilliant in particular!

Had a issue with the delivery which wasn’t pink boutique’s fault it was completely DPD’s fault however from the first email I sent regarding the issues a lovely lady called Grace very quickly and effectively resolved the issues with no hassle at all, she was very helpful from start to finish. Many representatives completely dismissed my emails or ignored them entirely, until I had the pleasure of dealing with Grace. She responded quickly professionally and took my concerns seriously. I made an order with Pink Boutique, but my order got lost in transit. I contacted customer service and Rosie responded right away offered me to replace the order or giving me a refund. Very easy no fuss and just how it’s supposed to be. Feeling comfortable shopping at Pink boutique another time.

I needed to exchange a dress but due to becoming unwell and being hospitalised I missed the cut off date for a return.

Grace was extremely understanding and helpful and ensured I managed to receive the correct size.
Her customer service was phenomenal and I will definitely shop here again.

I had purchased a bodysuit from here, unfortunately it didn’t fit. I needed help with the return and refund process, and Steph made it super easy for me! She was kind and understanding, and the support team only took 1 day to reply! So it’s super efficient and effective. Brilliant customer service, and fast delivery too! However, when refunding an item you do need to pay roughly £3.50. Waiting for my new parcel to arrive 🥰

This company has stolen my money. I sent a big order back and the refund they gave me was over £30 short. They don’t email back either, no other way to contact them. AVOID.

After leaving this review they resolved the issue very quickly, I don’t know why it had to get to this for it to be resolved. But it’s all sorted now. I probably won’t order from there again because of the stress it caused.
