I traveled with PIA, have to say it was one of the worst experiences I had on an Aircraft, the service was ridiculous and my seat was broken, Overall I was concerned for my safety and wellbeing as they say they there core values are safety & great service and that they are great people to fly with they are a joke. I would never recommend flying with them

IT IS A BIG SCAM AIRLINES. And the problem is that they sayd (operated by Turkish Airlines) that's why I bought their tickets. But maybe Turkish Airlines are their partner in crime as well. They cancelled my flight for very wacky reason as they say they are restricted from flying from Amsterdam to Istanbul and that they were listed mistakenly on TravelUp!! (which is a third party agency that sucks big time as well) - They cancelled my trip and seemingly no refund - The European Union should investigate this big scale scam and ban such airlines from even existing.

As a patriot Pakistani living in Canada for over 20 years, I still desired to fly PIA. The fabulous airline has significant loopholes in its business, one of which was to claim that SENIOR CITIZEN's treatment starts from the time we booked our seats from a Pakistani travel agent in Milton. NO DISCOUNT SIR, PIA authorities claim that we have to leave all our work and head to its pathetic office downtown and spend a full day to crack the incompetent staff for our Tickets, which we booked months ahead. The flight was on broken, torn, and dirty old business-class seats. No screens had any programs running and the library was showing EMPTY.
Food was a waste for any human being, the entire flight's food was below world standards of international airline meals.
YES, a complete 9 hours of rest in my sleep, tea, coffee, and snacks were much below standard.
The crew was very kind, knowledgable, and helpless in the meals and snacks, the Karachi Flight kitchen is riddled with the pilots association backdoor deals in buying and preparing meals, etc. All vendors are pilots back business entities. Major political high-ups have theirs too.
A huge number of passengers onboard were PIA employees and relatives, flying on their parents' personal airline.
Flights to Karachi and Dubai return were good, the plane was clean, staff was very kind and smiling, but the meals were a disgrace to be served and wasted. No entertainment.

Nothing was right. No service was available when I was denied boarding in Qatar Airlines check-in. No one felt responsive and I stayed two days at the airport when I didn't know anybody there.

What a shame! PIA and their sick staff is a shame to Pakistan and its people.

Tried to rob more money from me, bloody thieves!

When making changes to my ticket they divided my infant from there!
So much hassle i had to face with several nervous breakdowns!

This Airline and should be banned from United Kingdom. The worst Airline ever.

I wish I could have given zer0 one of dirty, unprofessional,money robber people in this planet please don't book through them they will change your flight date or airport on the last minute it will cost you arm and legs

The staff give you excuses like the screen on the plane isn't working. Like what am I suppose to do . Then they turn on at then of the flight. They don't care about customers but just money

Never use PIA. As a family of 7 due to fly back to UK from islamabad on the 30/08/22 they denied boarding to me and 3 of my children on the day saying our tickets had been cancelled and rescheduled for the 2/08/22. Arrive at the airport on the 2nd to be told on 1 of children's tickets had been confirmed others had not. There were also many other people there this had happened to! Absolutely no compassion from the staff and the attitudes towards people is disgusting! No available flights to UK on "chance tickets" (sit at airport in hopes other people don't show up) I have had to cancel and spend thousands of £ just to book a flight with another airline!
NEVER USE PIA!

Never book flight with them. One of disgusting airline, cancelled my flight and transferred to different airport with different dates. They just want to sell tickets on higher price, what a shameless airline.

The worst airline ever, they should be banned from Europe, UK. Always advertising flights but then cancelling them at the last minute and ruined everyone's plans. I would strongly advise others to never travel with such a disgusting airline company it's a disgrace.

PIA have cancelled my flight from Heathrow in July and the want to move my flight two weeks forward and fly from Birmingham Airport. They have messed up my kids holidays.
This airline is a joke.

Even for my refund I have to wait 6_8 weeks according to my travel agent.
I agree with all the bad reviews, they are not trustworthy airline.

Horrific airline, they changed my ticket from JUNE to AUGUST. These tickets were booked 6/7 months in advance, they cancelled my ticket to resell at a higher price. Disgusting company. The flight in June is still going yet my tickets got cancelled. A family friend who booked the ticket recently paying £1000 for his ticket has not had it cancelled! STAY AWAY. I will be taking this further PIA.

Don’t even bother ! By far the the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with.

0* Airline….always late, poor food, changing times, dates and outdated planes. Only reason many people use this airline is they fly direct to Islamabad from Manchester which is easier for kids and the elderly. Apart from that it’s a joke of an airline and it’s embarrassing.

They are thief we reserved a flight with them the next day I checked my account they charged me twice for the reserved booking I've been trying to get my refund for the last 3 years and I still don't have my money they are referring from one place to another avoid at all cost

Will never fly with again first they change my flight date without telling me when asked for refund when charge me cancellation fee and did not refund my money till now.no one their to respond the emails . Will never use this airline again.

worst company in the world pia, going to make sure that no family, friends and acquaintances never use this rubbish company. if you are thinking of using them dont. they change flight dates , times route and any other thing you can think of. and worst of all they dont refund. If you are thinking of booking , you may be better off walking it to your destination.
