I received the wrong Foundation colour.I have emailed about it but haven’t been assisted or told the way forward.I ordered number 109mocha but received 110 truffle in a 109 mocha box.

Contacted by email a few times, have been delivered the wrong shade of lipstick, contacted customer service no response

Just ordered samples of 2 different shades to find correct tone but not quite sure I have got it right yet because the peach one was out of stock and am thinking that might be the right shade for me very quickly delivered

I emailed phoera approximately 10 days ago looking for advice regarding a shade,I already have purchased two shades, one too light , the other too dark. Have had no response even though there is a guarantee you will get a reply within 48 hours!
I love the product but at this stage why bother??

I love this foundation. It goes on well and I
like the shade I have purchased, porcelain 101 being light as I have fair skin and covers well. It lasts for a long time. I have tried lots of foundation but always goes back to buying this make. Thank you.

The item arrived broken into a million pieces sadly

Terrible service. They sent me the wrong product and never reply to my complaints and refund request. I was stuck with a product I wont be using and I havent received the one I payed for.

Great products, quick delivery

I ordered a foundation, which was meant to have some free samples with it, an eyeliner and a lipstick. The foundation was fine, but no free samples received. The eyeliner was totally dry despite efforts to get it working. The lipstick was not the colour shown online and was almost luminous. I emailed customer services to find out how to return the lipstick and eyeliner, and went on to their ‘chat’, but had no reply to either message.

Very disappointed with the serum foundation... felt dry and not hydrating. The colour was not a true representation of porcelain.

Great service and I love the foundation! It’s good value too!

So glad I got the colour I've been trying to get off Amazon so long never thought to go straight to your shop so really pleased love your lipstick and colour x
