Ben was fantastic with my CBT. Made me go from having no idea how to get into neutral or do a U turn, to driving down busy roads and dual carriageways for fun and with confidence. Now looking forward to getting full license with these guys!

Steve B was the instructor that delivered our CBT session. He was calm, patient, and tailored the session to our existing knowledge while ensuring we understood all the important safety info. He was thorough in ensuring we had the adequate skills at the training centre to be safe to ride out on the streets. Would highly recommend

I worked with Liam for my full a licence and had to work from the ground up having last ridden 17 years ago. We covered everything for CBT, mod 1 and 2 and I passed both mod1 and 2 first time first time. Would them to recommend anyone who's looking to get their licence and isn't sure who to go with as they are excellent.

Great training, the instructor gave all instructions clearly and was composed at all times.

The instructor Steve B was friendly, professional and very informative. Great session. The facilities are a little stone age.
I didn't like the CB125F but that is personal preference. Overall a great time with good people.

Purely 5 star because of the instructor Paul at the "Watford" location. (Bricketwood Social Club) He believed in me more than I believed in myself at times and his patience and teaching style was great. Thanks Paul for making my day special and enjoyable.

Lovely friendly staff. Was trained by Greg and Karen, both patient, excellent teachers. Karen really helped my daughter who was quite anxious and she made her feel at ease. Went on the road with Karen, I was not familiar with the area, but Karen gave such clear instructions on where to go and was a really enjoyable ride.

I recently completed my CBT training with George in Milton Keynes, and I highly recommend his services. George is a true professional who provides very clear explanations throughout the course. His patience is remarkable, ensuring that all instructions regarding bike controls, road safety, and traffic signs are fully understood. This approach gave me the confidence I needed to ride safely. Incredible team and experience with Phoenix. I had a few training sessions with Liam and he was absolutely brilliant. Cbt went smoothly and my instructor was super friendly and gave very clear instructions. Overall had a super experience and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service, from trying a big bike to getting my full motorbike licence, the instructor (will) was very helpful in explaining how or what was needed to pass each MOD's. Looking forward to returning to advance my riding skills

The instructor, Rich, was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and encouraging. The ride-out was extremely good as well, some nice scenery as well as covering many different situations.
Other Phoenix team members were also very friendly and chatty.
Overall and excellent experience.
