Had a great experience doing my CBT with Phoenix. Instructors were friendly, patient and easy going while still being professional and very safety conscious. Will definitely come back to do my full license.

Really funny team and really easy to get along with my instructor

Amazing instructors, easy to listen to and with clear instructions. Lots of time spent in the bike getting to grasp with everything you’ll beed to ride safely on the road. Bonus points for feeling perfectly comfortable as a woman in the class if that is a worry to anyone.

Really enjoyed my experience completing the CBT course. The trainers were great and supportive - i had no prior experience.

Both trainers supported my learning differences. As i can find too much information in one go overwhelming.

The reassuring part is that this company will not pass anyone just because but ensure youve met the criteria to be safe on the road.

If you dont have the right gear, you can borrow from them. There is parking for your car. They also provide motorbikes for the training too.

Reminder though, the invite says it will finish at 1500, however it doesnt. We finished at 1630 after passing.

Amazing service. My instructor was Jeorge and Andrew. I found all instructions were given nice and clear in plenty of time with lots of explanation around doing things as well as demonstrations

The instructor is great (shout out to Sean)! Really good at explaining things and made everyone at ease throughout the lesson.

Would highly recommend doing lessons with them.

The instructors were brilliant. The course experience was great.
The booking process needs improving. Went back and forth on emails to book the dates. Felt so long winded. An online system to select a date would be much easier.

I had a fantastic experience with this motorcycle training centre. The instructors were extremely professional, patient, and friendly. Every detail of safe riding and practical riding technique was explained clearly.

I started as a complete beginner, but the instructor helped me build my skills and confidence step by step until I successfully completed my CBT. The training was also enjoyable and relaxed, which made me feel much less nervous.

I highly recommend this training centre, especially to anyone learning to ride for the first time. Thank you for such an excellent experience!

I had a great journey learning and training with this company. The instructors were patient, clear and concise in their delivery. Anything i didnt understand was explained to me in different ways until i finally understood. Gained the knowledge and the experience needed to pass my practical.

It’s all about the instructor . Son “failed”his CBT the first time around, glad he did cause the next instructor Sean was everything a first time 16year old needed, totally opposite of the first one who actually failed. sean was fun, confidence building, took time to show how to do manoeuvres when unsure and understandable, Phoenix got it right with this instructor . Thanks, he’s looking forward to his MODS now.

Knowledgeable friendly instructors provided a great days training

Friendly, welcoming staff, easy to book and great communication. Both my son and daughter use Phoenix Motorcycle Training Bristol for their CBT tests and they highly recommend them. They wouldn't go anywhere else. :)
