Hi sorry to hear you were slightly disappointed, the weight shipping is for anything 20kg and over due to the express next day shipping service we use. This is because we aim to have our products sent as quickly as possible to our customers. The quality of service for standard shipping doesn't provide the same quality of service that we aim for in providing our customers, hence why we have these shipping fees. It assures your product gets to you undamaged and super fast!

Harringtons salmon & potatoes fry dog food.
I actually ordered the old recipe for my dog who can’t have chicken. They sent me the new improved recipe which has 4% chicken . However I tried him on it & he seems to be ok. Apart from that the order came really quickly & delivered to my door.
