Lorikeet feed

My Lorikeet food was delivered within a couple of days and had a long shelf life which I really appreciate. I will 100% be using them again. Thankyou.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered pet food which never arrived. I have been waiting for my refund for well over a month now. SHOCKING!!! Every email I have sent has a generic response. No help whatsoever. TERRIBLE!!!

Relieved a email from sales not one…

Relieved a email from sales not one person answers phone.Email said that they have sent it,still NO DELIVERY NO CONFIRMATION OF A DELIVERY OR ANY SORT OF STATUS I have lorikeet chicks due to hatch any day I also suffer with cptsd which has made myself worse these past few days this isn't right at all.Ive had to purchase a substitute from another company in Newcastle today and already I've had confirmation that this one is on way.

Poor experience, item not received

Ordered on the 7th September for delivery on the 9th September. I still have not received my order on the 17th September. I have been in contact with customer services, who have given me a discount code for 10% off my next order and assured me the order has been dispatched. I have asked for tracking information and have received no further replies from the company.

SCAM...BE AWARE....!!!!

Ordered £25.57 worth of fish rolls for my very poorly dog, never received the goods, when I rang the place, I was told the gentleman would ring me back or email me, NOTHING, no refund, just feel like this is one big SCAM, I would never recommend pets on point to any purchaser BE AWARE !!!!!!

We certain aren't a scam and if you had checked your dpd tracking details that were sent that the driver has tried to deliver to you but has had problems, dpd tried to contact on my request.

I have now spoken to dpd and I've been told it will be attempted again tomorrow.

I also haven't recieved any calls from you since or any emails to advise of the problem.

I will also process a refund and get your order to you as a courtesy for your problem encountered by DPD which is unfortunate.

Unfortunately not good

Unfortunately not good. Wrong food sent then told food is right food but labels wrong?!
Very confusing.
Asked for a refund and they agreed it wasn’t good business so hopefully they will sort my refund and their issues

Wont be using again

First order of horse feed, we received grey hound food, after a few emails another order was sent out. Used this site for our monthly horse feed order but again another order mishap, delivered to the local village hall- not the delivery address i gave and was told to try and find it myself, obviously wasn’t there when i went to collect but customer service was not helpful what so ever, shame from a “family run business” wont be using again. We weren’t sent a replacement not refund for lost feed

Sorry to hear you never retrieved your food, I personally handled this matter for you and personally text you to confirm the address after you ordered as the one you supplied was showing didn't seem correct.

Once you emailed to confirm my thoughts that it was in fact sent to the wrong address, I sent you a photo of where it had been delivered and asked you to confirm if you had received it which I never got any reply to confirm.

I'm assuming now that never happened and I assure you if you had called me back I would have arranged a replacement and a refund.

Very disappointed we merited a 1 star review as I'm just going through all the communication and I feel like we done everything we could to support you.

If you can send us a email and I will speak with our courier to confirm it is missing and not signed for then I will send out a replacement.
