Highly recommend Petflow!!

Petflow sells my dog’s grain free food at a more reasonable price than any others. They are also extremely responsive to a change in my auto ship. I appreciate their attention to detail and the dog food arrived on time, as expected. These people are amazing. Highly, highly recommend Petflow!!❤️❤️

One of the bags of dog food was ripped open due to the shipper. Pet flow did not hesitate and gave me a credit instantly! Easy to work with and got back to me within 24 hours!

Terrible customer service after years as customer.

I have been a Peflow customer for years. I changed my autoship delivery date on my online account on 3/19 to be delivered on a later date. However, my credit card was charged just after midnight on 2/24 and I awoke to emails that it was already shipped on the original date. I NEVER received an email stating that they were preparing my order for shipment and I could review my order. Customer service, which, is only available by chat, was completely unhelpful. They verified that I never received an email to review my delivery. They also said that since I changed the delivery date within a week of scheduled delivery, the system couldn’t or didn’t process it appropriately. Since I wouldn’t be home, their solution, was for me to haul the 30 pound package back to FedEx to refuse the delivery. This is not easy because of physical challenges. The company made the mistakes, but I am the one to pay for them. I am so displeased, I cancelled my Petflow account.

That is not acceptable, and asking you to haul a 30 pound package to FedEx was not a reasonable solution, especially given the physical challenges you mentioned. Lovely accessories

I received an extra collar instead of a leash. Your customer service chat was a tremendous help. My girl KURLI STEVEADORABLE is a rescue with a horrific back story. She moved in with us on July 16th, two days after we had to say goodbye to our precious little prince TEDDY. She had a lot of weight to gain,, so I had to wait to get her the correct size in girly accessories. The pieces I received are lovely. I will be ordering more next week.
