I order dog food. It arrives in a very sturdy cardboard box!
Our Westie grew up eating Fromm's dog food. We lost our local source for that brand. I wasn't quite sure about ordering. Dog food is heavy! But, the box it arrives in is very sturdy. It always arrives quickly and in perfect condition.

Great Customer Service
I subscribe for my dog's food and never had a problem until recently. The problem was with FedEx not Petflow. Our pkg never got delivered and Petflow resent it immediately.

Pool customer service issues with Petflow
I have had an autoship with Petflow for 7 years...the most recent dog food that two of my pups were on for over 1.5 years starting giving them very poor stool. We worked to eliminate all food items and reintroduce them one by one to isolate what was causing this. When I contacted Petflow regarding the issue and the unopened bag on the autoship, they were dismissive and provided no assistance, even though the product that they sold was what was causing my pups to be ill. This is very disappointing and I would never recommend buying from them again.

DO NOT use pet flow. Please use Chewy I had a bag of food delivered a day before my cat passed away and Petflow would not make an exception for a return or offer a donation with a refund. Chewy honors their customers, especially during times of such hardship. Petflow is strictly money driven and does not care about their customers
