Offered a loan with no payment
Applied for a loan and was offered a lower amount which I accepted got in touch when no payment came through even after receiving email confirmation of the loan the repayments and agreement, I was told I would recieve confirmation when the loan was sent by the end of day I didn't recieve this a private number called for a few seconds when I tried to answer it hung up I then recieved a text asking me to call to confirm some last minute details whenever I call back it goes straight to voicemail this would have been my first loan with peachy I found the customer service terrible and will be finding out how to cancel this straight away

We make every effort to ensure our service is excellent and we regret we have fallen short of your expectations.
We can only hope you understand that we take responsible lending very seriously and in order to protect our customers – not to put them in a difficult financial situation, we assess each loan application on an individual basis to ensure that customers can actually afford the proposed credit commitment.
This means that in some case, we may be able to offer you a lesser amount than you initially applied for and in some cases, we might also have to give you a quick call in order to go over some information regarding your application. As we were not able to reach you from our side, then we asked you to give us a callback. Unfortuantely however it seems as though you were not able to call us back until after 8 pm, once our call lines had already closed.
We make every effort to make sure our service is excellent and we regret we have fallen short of your expectations. We would like to deeply apologise for the inconveniences this situation has caused you.
We would also like to thank you for your feedback and assure you that we will use it to further improve our service.
