Absolute scammers, paid 50p to download one form… end up getting ripped of £40 and saddled with a membership i didn’t want!
Then of course when you try to contact them… and I quote -“‘our amazing helpful staff” leave you on hold b4 cutting u off!!

SCAM ALERT they are a scamming company Like others all I needed was a signed PDF and they charged me .50 for this. I said go ahead since I was in a pinch. Then at 2AM I got a charge for 39.90 and notified from my CC. I did not sign up for any monthly fee or any agreement. Sorry overseas company robbing anyone they can

Do not use this company. I got here by going to a site that said it was free and with the IRS. I wanted a W9. I filled out a W9 and downloaded it, but never used it. They charged me .50 cents. Since I thought it was free, I thought that was okay. At 2am, I get a notice they are trying to take 39.99 off my credit card. I never signed up with the company for that. I don't even have a password or an account. They have my credit card info and say I have an account. I never would have signed up for 40$ a month to create a W9. I never saw anywhere anything about 40$ a month. Then I had to cancel something I never signed up for. It is disgusting how they fool you into a way to charge you simply by giving your information where they say they will not charge you anything.

It is a con. It is 39.99 pounds a month with no ending unless you cancel within 48 hours. They give you 3 different passwords which you have to use to sign in to cancel. NONE OF THEM WORKED.I sent them about 5 emails to cancel immediately but no email back. I will be reporting them if my subscription isnt cancelled. Also no where when I paid the 50p did I see that it would cost 39 pounds a month. They hid it very well. SHOCKING.

I clicked the link and it was asking me to sign up with my email and all of my other information when seeing this I closed the page immediately thinking that it was the end of it and I’d find an alternative. However 2 days later I get an email saying thanks for signing up for PDF PRO. I thought to myself is this what I think it is so immediately I check my back and I see that they have withdrew £39.80 from my account. Bearing in mind I never register using my email or any other details they asked for. I went back on to the link to see if I could unsubscribe or cancel the payment however they links on all of the emails I have received were completely void and it was saying in the web url webpage unsecure. So after a useless and cheeky conversation with one of the employees telling me I knew what I signed up for and I read the T&C’s he gave me an email for the billing service to contact who were just as useless and confirmed that I wouldn’t be getting a refund. ROBBING THEIVING B*ST*RDS

wanted the ONE TIME 48 hour 50p charge and luckly went into my banking app today to check how much I was paid and noticed 40 pounds were taken from my account from these guys!! This is NOT what I was after and never should of taken money from my account apart from the 50p payment as that was the ONLY time I put my details in and it NEVER asked if I wanted to use this payment method again for future use!! Its ridiculous and a massive SCAM!!
PLEASE do not use this sight if your wanting a 1 time use as it WILL NOT charge you for that one time use but for a whole year!
DO NOT trust the high star rated reviews as they are probably all FAKE...
Emailed/contacted them about a full refund and tried to unsubscribe as I definitely don't want to use this sight again and it wont let me complete the termination but cant access the account anymore to check to see if the subscription has been cancelled.

This is very misleading site . I only wanted a self certificate cost 50 pence. Before I knew it they had taken £39 .40 out of my account as a subscription ! Subscription for what ? Then when you go on the site and try and unsubscribe you can not .

This is an exact copy of my email to Pdf Pro I0 contact in trying to resolve this dispute. I am shocked that a situation like this can occur, develop and continue un noticed by myself. I request anyone using these companies/this company do so with the knowledge that something like this can and has happened.

I paid for a Dr's note/Self Certification Pdf for £0.50p on the 26/07/22 due to being off work, this digital note was to cover sickness.

I did not sign up for nor give my approval for a business subscription, this was a one use document for a specific period of sickness due to a mental health crisis.

You'll see 26/07/22 two payments from Denga Digital Ltd, I have the receipt for the £0.50p but had zero mail from you regarding this subscription I'd have never agreed to. The first time I was aware of it was an email informing me on the 28/05/24 informing me of a, "Completion of Registration!"

Only because if this am I now realising the full extent of the deception and funds removed from my account without approval.

Deductions move around between the 28th the 29th and the 30th

This movement of deductions seems incredibly odd.

6 Payments of £20.90 in 2022 amounting to £179.40

12 Payments of £29.90 in 2023 amounting to £358.80

5 Payments of £29.90 in 2024 amounting to £149.50

Total deductions of £687.70

I have never heard of Pdf Pro I0, I have never logged on to their portal and I had no awareness of them, of the payments and certainly not ever in my life have I nor will I ever have the need for Pdf software.

I request and consider the effort to return these funds back to my account with as close to immediate effect as your accounts department can function.

As I stated previously this whole affair and the contents of all email correspondence have been handed on to my banks fraud team.

I am aghast that this whole situation has derived from simply paying for a "Self Cert Doctors Note" its absolutely absurd in truth.

Also I'm ashamed in my negligence of not noticing earlier but I can guarantee you have my fullest attention from now on.

I await your resolution of this matter.

I needed to send a self certificate sick note from Belgium to the UK and this PDF-Pro.Io popped up. They only requested to pay a €0,50 and the cancellation period was within 48hours.I did not manage to get my self-certification done and ended-up using GOV.UK for it which went swiftly (I wondered why I didn’t think about that portal in the first place). On that same day, I cancelled that subscription which in reality didn’t help me at all. Great was my surprise when 09 days later, I received a Registration Complete email from PDF-Pro.Io and when I checked my account online, I realised they charged me £33ish…
I can’t believe I’ve been scammed by giving my bank details to a site that, despite my cancellation, intends to bill me monthly…

This is a scam Do not take a 48 hr free trail with this organisation, they will then try to take £39.90 from you at exactly the minute, 48 hours later and their link to cancel the free trial does not work. My bankers thankfully flagged this as a fraudulent transaction

Conned by this service given by a drs surgery total not expecting any other charges but they rub people off then to add insult to injury you got to cancel something you never asked for please do not use this service Charges are terrible

Horrible, unethical scam taking advantage of people. I've been asked to pay £0.50 for downloading a document and apparently through that I've agreed to a 'premium subscription', and been given 48h to terminate. Tried to cancel it, the website didn't allow me to. Wrote them an email and have been contacted by a 'customer service' that seemed very fake (probably chatGPT), who were stating that information was clearlyvisible WHICH WAS NOT. I've needed a self-refferal form as I've been just discharged from a hospital, feeling very vulnerable and in pain on strong meds. I have a disability thay prevents me from working full time, I can barely manage to afford living, and those took away my money like it's nothing. Praying on people!!!!

Shame I haven't checked any forum, reddit and Adobe website are full of warnings about this 'service'. Absolutely disgusting.

I used it once and IMMEDIATELY cancelled , well within the 48hr cancellation period. They are sending auto replies so they don't have to refund me the subscription.

Update: After several attempts (including posting my review here and calling them), I received an email confirmation of my cancellation, and my money was refunded. It was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend this platform to anyone.

I paid £0.50 to download a form from this platform. I was unaware that the platform automatically signed me up for its indefinite subscription at £39.90 per month.

There was NO email confirmation whatsoever about the subscription after I downloaded the form.

Two days later, my card was charged, and I received three emails with three different passwords for logging in to my account. None worked, so I could not log in to my account to cancel the subscription.

I called pdf-pro.io, and they said it was non-refundable (!). After I explained the situation and requested a refund, they accepted and said they had cancelled my subscription with a refund and that I would receive an email confirmation. But again, no email confirmation was received!

I then submitted my request to their platform, but I did not receive an email confirmation that my request was received, either.

This platform comes across as a real scam to me. Please be alerted!

This company is a complete scam. No
Customer service number. Then they had the audacity to request almost my entire card number to rectify the situation. Btw, I had to cancel my card and dispute the charges with my bank.

Looks to be a scam! Emailed and requested a cancellation before the 48 hours was up but the website does not send you a copy of your request and there's no way to cancel on the website. I continue to try to cancel and they continue to bill me $40 a month! I filed a complaint with my credit card and emailed the company - the website won't let me even stay logged in... i could get these tools from Adobe for $19.95 a month...
