Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Did a free trial, no reminders and then they took so much money from me by saying my account name was incorrect and I couldn’t sign in. It was such a lengthy process and they don’t reimburse.

I found the advert misleading and was not aware of the ongoing monthly subscription.
Commitment to ongoing subscription needs to be more clearly stated.
CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND THE £39.90 AS I WAS UNABLE TO USE THE SERVICE.

Stay away!!!
Ordered pictures on line to be delivered no sign after 2 weeks…
They put in some monthly subscription which I managed to get refunded
Just headache for a passport picture

A good company to deal with

I mistook this company’s site for Adobe Acrobat, which is easy to do, and bought their software. As I downloaded it, I realised my mistake and immediately emailed them asking for a refund. My money was refunded in full within 2 hours. Very professional and fair, considering it was my mistake

it´s a subscription trap

it´s a subscription trap. you don´t get notice that you made a subscription for unbelievable 39,99 a month!!!! in the email is no hint to the subscription and the cost. And of course no refund. be careful to avoid it.

SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST

Needed to download a form for work, charged me 50p which I thought ok fine that’s not much. A few days later I am charged £39.90 for god knows what from this company and cannot find a way to cancel it so am going to have to contact my bank
