Brilliant custom PCs and laptops.
I’ve bought my custom PC from PC specialist more than a year ago and it’s still going strong, never had a problem with it. The selection process was easy customisation was also easy and straightforward.

The same can be said for my laptop, quick and easy, had it for a couple of weeks inside the truck, works perfectly.

The laptop was perfectly configured to my specification, delivery took a little longer than I expected but it arrived very securely parcelled. My wife is absolutely delighted with it.

After an older PC failed I needed a replacement quickly and having had a good experience with another build from PC Specialist I didn't hesitate to choose them again for the replacement. My thanks to the team that assembled the new PC for me. The build quality is excellent and I appreciated being able to follow the build progress through each stage. The build was fast but thorough. Once the PC passed QA the delivery process was very quick and the packaging kept the PC well protected during transit.

Very impressed by PC Specialist. Specifications were clear, with a wide range of options. The laptop we ordered arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Most importantly, the final product is excellent.

A good build. Instructions to include how to mount the graphics card support without snagging the fan would have helped.

The PC is beautiful, it runs like a dream, and while i did have some initial issues from MY OWN ERRORS the tech guys were super helpful in guiding me through fixing them.

Great experience throughout the process, from configuring my new Super Machine to the delivery. They still maintain the honesty and integrity I experienced when I got my old machine from them in 2016. They have been so supportive in ensuring my old machine continues to serve me. I have no idea when it comes to computers, I knew they types of games I wanted to play. But when researching myself it was all just numbers to me. Emailed support and I couldn't have asked for any better service, quick response and after communicating over a few emails I ended up with the PC I wanted. Delivery was very quick too.

all went well for delivery and service when they called because the case was out of stock however when the pc arrived one of the RAM sticks was loose that I had to put in myself not an issue at all however made me think there was something wrong with the PC on setup easy mistake and an easy fix

Ideal way to buy a PC, this was bought for a lady with limited vision, she didnt need a high end machine but did want a large screen. Buying from PCSPECIALIST meant I could specify exactly what was needed. Would thoroughly recommend.

I chose PCSpecialist because I wanted the reassurance of having an expensive PC professionally built, tested and checked by people who knew far more about it than I did.

Unfortunately, the PC arrived with a visibly damaged/misaligned case. A replacement side panel was sent out for me to fit myself, even though PCSpecialist themselves described the Corsair 5000T as “a very awkward case design”. The replacement panel still didn't sit properly.

I also asked for the QC photos because I genuinely couldn't understand how obvious damage had passed inspection. PCSpecialist explained that their photos are taken “post build”, before the machine is “passed into our QC team”, followed by another “brief QC” before dispatch. No photos from those QC checks were provided.

At the time, I trusted the advice I was given and eventually accepted a £50 partial refund instead of proceeding with a complete case replacement. Looking back, I really regret that decision.

The PC was later taken to a repair shop, where the fan-hub housing was found cracked and squeezed into place. Since purchase there have also been repeated blue screens, unexpected shutdowns and unusually high idle CPU temperatures.

I didn't buy from PCSpecialist expecting perfection. I simply assumed that spending nearly £3000 with a specialist would mean these were problems I wouldn't have to discover and deal with myself.

One star because i cant give Zero Well I have been a customer for a long time spent thousands, my laptop case broke, the physical case, so i sent it back on the 21st of APRIL 2026, it is NOW 21st of August 2026. They Claim it was hormuz and delivery this is 4 Months they have had it i am housebound so i rely on the computer i have missed releases due to this 4 month delay,
