Fast shipment and excellent product

I'm pleased with the efficency and freshness of this company. I have been looking all over for this specific cheese since I was in Italy a few years back. I was so happy to find it and have already placed another order.

My products were delivered very nicely the only thing they should pack the things that require refrigeration better the ice pack was not strong enough to keep the from spoiling . I did enjoy other products very much and appreciate them . Yes I would order again just not refrigeration products.

Half my products were already spoiled, they did not arrive chilled or even cool for that matter. A disappointment for sure. The mozzarella was excellent however.

Company sent the Pecorino cheese to a wrong address. They were told to refund the item and shipping charges. They have ignored my valid complains. Now I see they want people to invest in their Company. Do not get involved with these people

Great product quality. Some delay in the shipment (one month) however.

The mixed olives are the best I've ever had, and I've tasted quite a few olives! The box was very well packed, and I'm looking forward to sampling the other products and ordering more in the future. Thank you!

Second order and still same issue regarding late delivery (more than one month) due to product out of stock without any warning during the order. Communication very weak with the customer, it’s a pity because the products are good !

Good products, well packed but with a delay in delivery. One product was missing but I knew only after I have paid for the order. It was replaced as per my request but still delivered late. Satisfied for the time being. Maybe even order again. Also no 10% discount voucher received after registration for the newsletter.

I paid on 1 Item 1kg but i get 820Grams

I’d like to praise the customer service - such fast and constructive replies! I’m truly impressed!
The pasta I ordered was out of stock, so the support team offered me a replacement with a more expensive item at no extra cost.

The food arrived well-packed in a "cooler bag". I haven’t tried everything yet, but food looks fresh and tastes great.
