This company sent me broken products and never even bothered to send a return email to me upon my sending one letting them know. I was charged in full and never replied to.

DO NOT Order On-Line if you are expecting stuff for a party on a specific date. They use BOARDFREE which is a TERRIBLE service!! Waiting 23 days and counting 4 days past our event. Hundreds of dollars worth of stuff for nothing. Party City please change your Fulfillment Center. You know there is a problem. You won't answer the phones and won't reply to emails. Never again!!

I ordered a bouquet of birthday balloons from the Dorchester MA store to be delivered between 3-4pm on my husbands birthday. When they hadn't arrived by 5pm I called the store. They had the balloons there waiting but 1) did not know why they hadn't been picked up for delivery, 2) had no idea who to contact to arrange delivery, and 3) had no idea if they would be delivered that day or not. They were for a birthday so I cancelled them and asked for a refund. They couldn't process a refund because the manager that can do these things was not working but the manager I was speaking to left a note for the other manager to process the refund. She asked me to call back the next day to make sure it was done (which is ridiculous in itself). When I called back they had no idea about the refund so I gave all of the information again and was told it would take 3-5 days to be processed because they had to request the refund from "corporate". Six days later, no refund, no reply from my email to corporate, I called corporate instead of the store and went through everything again and the customer service representative who then put me on hold to call the store I had ordered from to ask them to process the refund!?!?! He assured me that the shop had sent corporate a request for a refund but corporate did not receive it??? I officially got an email about my refund afterward (which didn't happen before) so hopefully it actually happens in the "3-5 or maybe 7-10 business days" it will take! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering as it seems that this has happened to a lot of people. Do not order for delivery from this company!!!

Spent over 25.00 for balloons for grandsons birthday. With the exception of one balloon, they were all flat the next morning. Less than 12 hours later. DO NOT GO TO PARTY CITY PORT HURON MICHIGAN for your balloons unless you are looking to waste your time and money.

I will never order anything online from this store again. I place an order for almost $ 100 and then found out the next day that I was double charged for it. Being on the phone with CS didn't help me at all, there was no explanation why and whether they can cancel additional charges.
I will see how I will be able to pick up my staff for my son't birthday and update my review accordingly

I have been on the phone with the customer service department at Party City for close to 2 hours and I am nowhere near getting any resolution to my problem. I ordered party supplies, they shipped it and provided tracking and the tracking came to an abrupt halt on Saturday stating that they attempted delivery and now it is being held at the Post Office at the customer's request. We were having a tropical storm here Saturday I was in this house all day long as was my son, there was a delivery from fedex we received it with no problem, I do not believe that they attempted delivery at my house. The tracking shows it is being held add a Post Office in a completely different zip code so I thought maybe I ordered it incorrectly and i checked the order but nope I did order it correctly so I don't know what's been done but Party City doesn't seem to want to help me in this matter. They told me that the wait time for the Post Office is more than an hour so I should call up and hold because they can't tie up their line. I don't see that this is my problem I was not the one that told them to hold it at the Post Office . Also post office will not talk to me because I am not the customer Party City is the customer. I also am working at this time so why do I have to tie up my line for another hour I've already been on hold with them for almost 2 hours. It's really quite obnoxious. I asked to speak to a supervisor in was placed on hold for another 15 minutes I told them to just cancel the order and refund my money and they're not willing to do that because the package is still out there. I told her to stay on hold with the Post Office and have them return it to party city and give me my money back . Ironically for this same party I have ordered from Amazon as well as o******* trading I have my products from both those places and there were no issues So lesson learned don't buy your stuff from Party City

Ordered balloon bouquet from Saugus, MA store to be delivered today between 3-4. At 3:45 I recd an email saying they were ready to be delivered. At 6:50, I called the store because the bouquet had not arrived. The mgr told me they were still at the store and I could come pick them up. I said no. I want them delivered. And I asked When were you going to let me know They weren’t going to be delivered today. TODAY is her birthday not tomorrow. We’ll see if they get there tomorrow. Horrible Unacceptable customer service. At 1:30on Sunday, they were still sitting in store and they were not delivered on Sunday. I cancelled the order. Ordered from1-800-flowers. Much easier to deal with.

Worst, online store ever. I purchased helium to be delivered by 3rd September (paid extra for express delivery), it’s now 9th September and still no helium.
I have emailed three times to be told that the order was resend on 5th September as there was an issue with the original order that was sent by UPS. It’s now with HERMES and still no delivery.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AS I BELIEVE NOTHING HAS BEEN SENT AS THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM EITHER UPS OR HERMES

Worst In store customer service Ever !!!!
Don’t spend your money there . Unfriendly, unprofessional staff, manager at Vega Blvd , Mississauga Party City store . They don’t even bother to check stock- replying like robots we are sold out.After waiting half an hour for the manager- we found the balloon without any apology. Do not go there !!!

We tried to use the online website for a balloon order. The stores that were closest to me were out of stock on many of the specialty balloons that would have worked for our theme. They are pushing the buy online and pick up in store but it is disappointing when so many options are out of stock but a store 20 miles away has 24 of the same balloon in stock.

If you are going to exist in the world today you need to sort your online shopping and shipping out, has to be the worse there is. Poor service, poor shipping times and very poor response to customer complaints after they have purchased products. They do not ship DHL as they state on the their website. They ship CanPar and check Canpars reviews out before buying anything from Party City online.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering...I placed an order for five balloon bouquets, one for each of my grandkids (same household) four of whom celebrate their birthdays in August. The order was placed on August 1st. Today I received an email cancelling the order because it was too "high risk". I don't even understand what that means. I spent 1/2 hour on hold until I hung up, then went to the website only to wait again for "chat" which never materialized. Thanks Party City for disappointing five little kids. You suck.

Love this store! Great friendly service, great prices, everything I need in one place! Best place to get Halloween supplies and costumes hands down! They are doing a great job at keeping everything clean and sanitized during these hard times!

I placed an online order recently, but somehow the order was shipped to a DIFFERENT address, and then returned to sender. If I had not gone online to track it myself, I would have only realized it the day before my son's FIRST birthday. They didn't call or email me to notify me of this, as though the address mistake is my fault.

Obviously, I'm upset in this moment, and this is my first (and BAD) experience with their shipping service, so I'll advice anyone looking to order online from them: TRACK your order yourself to make sure there's on hurdle.

I purchased 12 balloons and she missed two! I guess she doesn’t know how to count! She’s also not friendly at all! Bad customer service! The cashier with short hair is really nice!

Haven’t received party supplies over a month past date they were supposed to be here and they will not refund my money. They are thieves

Ordered balloons and favors to be delivered on a certain date delivery guy shows up with less than half the order. No one from this ridiculous company called or emailed to let me know they didnt have the items. The order was placed 14 days in advance do yourself a favor and do not order from them.

I did a return in early June and still haven’t received my refund, I called the customer line 4 times and they keep giving me excuses. Party city sucks and they still owe me money. I tried getting a hold of the store manager as well and he was to busy to talk to me. He didn’t want to talk to me about the situation. Party city sucks and steals your money

Simone is Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (How many exclamation marks can I use without taking up my whole review).
She took the time to go over my balloon arrangement until I was completely satisfied.
She had to deal with other customers at the time she was helping me but never came back in a rush or any frustrations. She was all in it.
She expressed this is what she loves to do…. party plan and make beautiful decorations for parties.
You could tell that she meant it by the way she helped me.

If anyone ever goes to Party City Alameda please connect with SIMONE!!! I mean a party is a special event for you and your loved ones. To have someone maintain the spirit of that party is exactly what you need.

She could tell I was nervous about making it perfect and she wanted to relieve as much of that nervousness as possible.

She presented me with other options like weights I could use, how I could place the balloons on the table as center pieces, how I could balance my balloon bouquet with satin balloons, how larger balloons may not fit entirely in the car but if I did decide to get them how they can be placed at the end and blown up at the event.

She suggested mylar balloons to stand out with the bouquet… I mean so many different things without the feel of the upsell, just ideas I could use to make it great.

I can not sing enough praises about Simone… she was everything!!!

I told her she will be there for my wedding :-D!!

Horrible experience with partycity.com and the customer service. I typically rather write a positive review on experiences with companies and do take the time to do so but unfortunately this time I find myself writing a negative one. I made several purchases online and never received my receipts and when I went to the store to pick some of it up I was told that I should have received the receipts. I have needed to return something that I ended up not using and have called customer service several times within 3 days and I have not even been able to understand the representatives that answer the phone as it seems they are working from overseas which honestly even makes me unhappier to hear. I now understand why the reviews are so poor and unfortunately I will begin finding a local party store where I will enjoy to spend my money on a smaller business in hopes of having a more personable experience.
