I'm formally writing this email to inform you about a legal action with Ghaziabad Police with regards to a well calibrated online fraud, Through a website called
" partsbigboss.in ", Run by you. I've had placed an order on your website about a Year ago, on 9/13/2025,

Please be informed that I've not received any communication over this or the dispute I raised over the above transaction.

Please consider this as formal notice before action, Request you to please reply to this email with a resolution within 48 hours, Either a full refund or the promised goods to be delivered within 5-10 working days as the promised date is well passed.

Failing to which shall result in a FIR with Ghaziabad Cyber And Police for negligence and fraud under section 420. I'm forced to tag CP as no action was taken by hierarchy officers.

I have ordered for MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO tail light (left). I paid amount when the payment has been over the pop up showed order number: 100234042. When I tried to track order it shows that "Order ID not found". Then I tried to call them the number given on website always says switched off. These people are fraudsters. I am going to file case in the consumer forum. Don't trust these frauds.

I have ordered from this website on 15 aug 2026 , the website states that it will be delivered in 5-7 days but even after 13 days I haven’t received the product and the website have not even updated so person can even track the product it shows that it hasn’t been dispatched yet and the customer care number is switched off and I have mailed them on 24 aug and also a reminder on 25 but no one responded, what to expect now

Does any have any contact number to contact parts big boss. I have ordered a car part and its taking forever, and website shows still processing. Tried to contact via email but no response. And the payment is already done. Is there any way to get refund.

The supplier doesn't consider it necessary to update their tracking page. It always shows "Processing". When they issue a ticket on a complaint lodged, nothing happens and the status remains at "Processing'.
Got their phone number (88262266670) from a different site. They responded and assured me of their assistance. However their response quality is not up to the mark. Let me see what happens.

I have ordered 2 items (side mirrors) from them almost a month back. Order no: 100232731. So far no updates. Its keeps showing as processing only. No ways to contact them or track the item. Even there is no option to cancel the order. Pathetic

Its been 4 days but no response from the party. The customer number is switched off . Am going to file a complaint against this party in consumer court for breaching of trust and for luring public money by creating fake profiles..

This is purely a fraud website. Will collect advance money from you and then stop replying. I have also filed complaint against it on government cyber crime portal. And beleive me all other positive reviews are fake reviews.

Do not buy from these people. I made the payment and haven’t received any response since. Avoid this seller.

This site shows that all spare parts you are looking for is available and is very tempting to place order.
You are taking a risk by ordering here. You may never get the item or get a refund. You will also never get any reply. Status will always show as processing. Never got the refund and it's almost one year and still showing as processing. I have let it go as a bad experience.

Very disappointed with PartsBigBoss. My order #100232383 was placed a week ago, and it is still showing “Processing” with no dispatch or delivery update. What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of support from customer service—they have been unresponsive and provided no useful information. This has been a very poor shopping experience. I would not recommend buying from this company unless they improve their order processing and customer support.

I placed an order on June 9 (Order ID: 100231153), and there has been no update since. I’ve tried reaching out via email and phone, but haven’t received any response. I made the full payment based on my previous positive experience with PartsBigBoss, but it now appears that the website may no longer be active.

Very good experience with parts big boss.mujhe meri swift ka gear sleeve kahi bhi nhi mil raha tha phir mne parts big boss se order kiya aur mujhe after a week mil gya thankyou so much.

On the date October 2nd 2025, I had remitted an amount of Rs. 3120/- for delivering 1 No. Silencer Assembly for my DATSUN READYGO car. They had assured to deliver this with in 12 days period. After expiring the committed date, they requested one more week's time for my enquiry.
Since then no response at all. Phone either switched off or no response. Send so many emails. Finally contacted their chief . He directed another person to collect my Bank Details for the refund. Nothing happened. Now I have to visit Gaziabad to get my refund. I fear they were employing some goons to handle me. It has happened in INDIA and is a shame for all Indians. Chandran from KERALA.

Ordered on 06/06/2026 and paid in advance. Still no delivery, no tracking updates, and no response from customer support. Very disappointing experience. Buy at your own risk.
