Very professional and kind. I have had a problem with my trip and they understand the situation and help me.

I contacted Parkopedia after I'd had problems booking online and had accidentally double-booked for the next day instead of booking on successive days, so too late to cancel one of those bookings online. Serghei from Parkopedia was very helpful and efficient in sorting out a refund for me for the double booking.

I had wanted to use Parkopedia’s web version. It immediately asked me for credit card info for complimentary account iwith disclaimer that my card won’t be charged. I opted out of a music concert ad and yet I was redirected to Frye Media. And I haven’t received any “thank you for registering” email. Now, am anxious that I have compromised my credit card info.

Serghei was my customer service representative. I pre paid parking but couldn’t locate it after circles around Bloor st in Toronto. I reached out having no expectations, Serghei assisted in getting a refund issued. A sudden surprise and grateful. Serghei was patient and in constant communication throughout the whole process.

I contacted Parkopedia about an issue I had after making a reservation. Mihaela and the customer support team were responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns with clear communication. They met and exceeded my expectations.

I booked a parking space for a week and then had to cancel my trip due to weather. I emailed the garage and told them about my situation, and they immediately responded, and after a few days, agreed to refund my payment. It was great customer service and very appreciated.

This app is a fraud that can result in an unwanted subscription service to a company called StarJox360. Be warned, if you get a £3 charge from Starjox on your bank account after attempting to reserve parking through this app, you have 3 days to cancel your "subscription."

Last night I had an awful and racist encounter with Wilson who works at Union Square Car Park, LLC
I said hello, he did not reply, I said it a second time, and he still didn't respond. I went to pay my ticket, there was no thanks or anything, a white woman came by he said hello, and thank you so much for parking with us. I asked him why couldn't you say at least hello, or thank you. He said You should be thanking me. I said to him that's not very professional or kind, and I asked him for his name. I would not advise anyone to be parking at Union Square Car Park, LLC 1 Irving Place, New York, NY 10003

Booked a space in London.
Could have got half the price if booked direct with ParkBee…live and learn.
What Parkopedia didn’t tell me was the code needed to gain access, had to call ParkBee direct.
ParkBee didn’t have my reg, but they opened the barrier for me after pleading.
Then had to do it again to get car out following day.
Parkopedia email simply said press enter to gain access….wrong!

I was charged twice for the same reservation because the ticket system in the lot I used was not functioning correctly. I paid ahead of time and then was charged again when I left the lot. When I tried to press the buttons for assistance, both times I got no help. Then, trying to delete my account there is no option. This is a scam. Don't use Parkopedia.

Easy to book and the customer care is also absolutely responsive and helpful

This is a scam. I “booked” a spot and the instructions said to show the payment to the attendant. THERE WAS NO ATTENDANT! I had to pay to park…in addition to the payment they falsely took. They had no access or right to sell these parking spots. Beware. I’m turning them into the AGs office here.

I prepaid the parking for San Francisco parking garage through this parkopedia. But when I arrived on time for parking, the garage was closed. Tried to call the garage,no one answered the phone. Had to go to another garage to park and paid again. No contact phone number for this parkopedia and didn’t respond my email. Waste money and time.

Parkopedia is a Scam. My parents attempted to pre pay for a parking space and received an error message. They tried multiple times using two different cards. They were telephoned by there bank who stopped the payment and cancelled the card. My parents are 80 years old and wanted the space to attend a Jools Holland concert. There confidence had been knocked and they didn’t attend the concerts so their tickets were wasted

My experience is frustrating. Tried to book and keep getting different "fail" notices after going through the process. Says to try again. Following that advice, I now have 4 x payment charges on my credit card..... Have sent multiple emails to Parkopedia but currently no luck. I see a reply to anther user that they partner with "JustPark". Tried their site and it's showing the particular car park is "full". What now for a very frustrated customer?? Wish I had checked the reviews first....

Prepaid for parking. Show up to lot and was denied entry. Lot was full. Emailed Parkopedia for a refund and they did not respond.
