Due to a small delay in returning to my car due to a delayed hospital appointment I was loked in an when I rang the contact number I was told that no one was available. I had to leave the car overnight and the spent most of the next day trying to get someone to give me a pass code to release my car. the code the gave me was incorrect and on the next occasion of a phone call taking 15 minutes to answer I was told I had to make a further booking at a cost of £20 to get a release code.
These companies are absolutely irresponsibe and I would recommend never using them. I certainly will not.

I got a bit lost and ended up in the wrong parking garage. After providing receipts, I received a refund. Excellent customer service!
A map with the parking entrance marked would be helpful, along with the driving directions already provided. I'm a visual person. Lol
Paid for 6.5 Hrs to park Impark Lot #43 116 Edmonton St, Fort Rouge–East Fort Garry, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0P9 and when I got there only reserved spots available. I was told the only spot available was the one with the mountain of snow. First and last time dealing with Parkopedia. You are better off going solo and not have to pay double for parking. They don't give refunds.

The wording used on the parking tariff sign appears ambiguous because it refers to an “evening rate” applying after 3pm. In ordinary language, 3pm would not typically be considered the start of the evening, which creates uncertainty about the intended meaning of the term. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, terms offered to consumers must be transparent and expressed in clear and unambiguous language. Where a term is open to more than one interpretation, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer should apply. For this reason, describing a higher tariff as an “evening rate” commencing at 3pm could reasonably be considered unclear and potentially misleading for drivers attempting to understand the applicable parking charges.

Paid for parking through parkopedia in seattle , washington. Upon arrival discovered that there was one address on the email and a different address on the parking pass. There was no phone number on the email or the parking pass.Only an email address that they didn't answer for 4 or five days. We were uncertain if we were in the right parking lot and it turned out we weren't so we had to pay twice. Ridiculous service will never use this parking app again.

Great customer service from Mihaela! Thank you
Got an actual email response from a real person including a refund.
I had a situation where after pre-paying for my parking and then parking, my event was cancelled. I parked, but did not stay. I contacted Parkopedia and explained the situation. After hearing back with a few questions, they refunded my payment in full and were easy and kind to work with.
Had to move a parking booking back by 7 days. No joy through their website but contacted Mihaela and she sorted every thing out. She is A Star!
We booked a parking space for 3 to 5 January 3026
Absolutely perfect, will definitely use this company again
Thank you for looking after us❤️
After having an issue due to my error in arriving two minutes early, Mihaela arranged a very prompt refund of my booking fee so quickly, despite it being over the festive break Well impressed and will use again, Next time I'll ensure that I arrive in the time slot!
Scammers. I pre booked a parking space at upper Newington parking in Liverpool to arrive to NO RESERVED SPACE AT ALL. I have paid £6.09 and I want that refunding right away. How dare you allow people to pre booked and the car park just be a free for all to drive in and use. There is no attendant so how on earth you can let people pay and pre book is beyond me. I’ve sent an email and I will be taking this further if I do not get my full money returned

The excellent communication contributed greatly to our overall experience. The customer service was outstanding.
I made a reservation to park at the train station in Richmond, Va just before getting on the train.
Shortly after, I realized I’d made an error with the license plate.
Talking with Sergei Munteanu, I figured I would have to make a new reservation and lose my money from the original.
Sergei was very helpful, and got me a refund after getting the new reservation number.
I wasn’t expecting that, but was certainly happy that he made it an awesome experience.
He cared…… and that matters to customers.
The website functionality is appalling, there isn't even a button to book the space.

Mihaela was really helpful in resolving our issue and did so really quickly. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
