Never use Just park or Parkopedia

This company and its associated company Justparks are the worst people I have dealt with. The help numbers are almost impossible to contact and when you get through they only have knowledge of how to take your money.
Due to a small delay in returning to my car due to a delayed hospital appointment I was loked in an when I rang the contact number I was told that no one was available. I had to leave the car overnight and the spent most of the next day trying to get someone to give me a pass code to release my car. the code the gave me was incorrect and on the next occasion of a phone call taking 15 minutes to answer I was told I had to make a further booking at a cost of £20 to get a release code.
These companies are absolutely irresponsibe and I would recommend never using them. I certainly will not.

Hi Patrick,

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience — that sounds like a very stressful situation, especially given the circumstances around your hospital appointment.

Parkopedia works with trusted partners, including JustPark, to offer booking services at certain locations. However, on-site operations such as access control, lock-in procedures, release codes, and telephone support are managed by the parking operator.

To clarify, Parkopedia doesn't currently employ a phone line. The number you tried would likely belong to JustPark. We completely understand how important it is to receive timely assistance in situations like this, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t your experience. We would like to acknowledge the receipt of your email to us at support@parkopedia.com, and we’ll be happy to review your case and help escalate where appropriate.

Kind regards,

Great Customer Service

I got a bit lost and ended up in the wrong parking garage. After providing receipts, I received a refund. Excellent customer service!

A map with the parking entrance marked would be helpful, along with the driving directions already provided. I'm a visual person. Lol

Paid for 6.5 Hrs to park Impark Lot #43…

Paid for 6.5 Hrs to park Impark Lot #43 116 Edmonton St, Fort Rouge–East Fort Garry, Winnipeg, MB R3C 0P9 and when I got there only reserved spots available. I was told the only spot available was the one with the mountain of snow. First and last time dealing with Parkopedia. You are better off going solo and not have to pay double for parking. They don't give refunds.

Hi Lou,

We’re sorry to hear about the experience you’ve described — we understand how frustrating that must have been.

We’ve not been able to find any contact from you in our support system regarding this matter, so we haven’t yet had the opportunity to look into it or assist. If you did make a booking through Parkopedia, please feel free to reach out to us at support@parkopedia.com with your booking details, and our team will be happy to investigate further.

For clarity, on-site availability and space allocation are managed by the parking operator. That said, if something didn’t go as expected, we’d certainly like the chance to review it and help where possible.

Kind regards

The wording used on the parking tariff…

The wording used on the parking tariff sign appears ambiguous because it refers to an “evening rate” applying after 3pm. In ordinary language, 3pm would not typically be considered the start of the evening, which creates uncertainty about the intended meaning of the term. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, terms offered to consumers must be transparent and expressed in clear and unambiguous language. Where a term is open to more than one interpretation, the interpretation most favourable to the consumer should apply. For this reason, describing a higher tariff as an “evening rate” commencing at 3pm could reasonably be considered unclear and potentially misleading for drivers attempting to understand the applicable parking charges.

Hi Paulo,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your concern regarding how the tariff wording may have been interpreted.

However, please note that Parkopedia does not own or operate car parks and therefore does not control the signage, tariff wording, or pricing structures displayed on-site. These are determined by the parking operator responsible for managing the location.

If you would like help identifying the operator for the car park in question so that you can raise this matter directly with them, please feel free to contact us at support@parkopedia.co with the location details and we’ll be happy to assist.

Paid for parking through parkopedia in…

Paid for parking through parkopedia in seattle , washington. Upon arrival discovered that there was one address on the email and a different address on the parking pass. There was no phone number on the email or the parking pass.Only an email address that they didn't answer for 4 or five days. We were uncertain if we were in the right parking lot and it turned out we weren't so we had to pay twice. Ridiculous service will never use this parking app again.

Hi Susan,

Kindly excuse the delay in replying.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been.

To clarify, the two addresses you mentioned serve different purposes but relate to the same parking location. The address shown in the confirmation email is the official address of the parking facility, while the address displayed in the Parking Pass indicates the exact entrance point. In addition, selecting the address within the Parking Pass opens the precise entrance location in Google Maps to help guide drivers directly.

We also note that our team responded to your query and requested further details to assist, but we did not receive a follow-up. We’re always happy to help resolve any issues, and in cases like this we can review situations where additional on-site payments may have been made.

Kind regards,

Caring customer service.

Scammers

Scammers. I pre booked a parking space at upper Newington parking in Liverpool to arrive to NO RESERVED SPACE AT ALL. I have paid £6.09 and I want that refunding right away. How dare you allow people to pre booked and the car park just be a free for all to drive in and use. There is no attendant so how on earth you can let people pay and pre book is beyond me. I’ve sent an email and I will be taking this further if I do not get my full money returned

I made a reservation to park at the train station in Richmond, Va just before getting on the train.
Shortly after, I realized I’d made an error with the license plate.
Talking with Sergei Munteanu, I figured I would have to make a new reservation and lose my money from the original.
Sergei was very helpful, and got me a refund after getting the new reservation number.
I wasn’t expecting that, but was certainly happy that he made it an awesome experience.
He cared…… and that matters to customers.
