All was good. Some letters in the lettering were a little weak in color.

My experience was overall extremely positive. The company is helpful, professional and welcoming. When I had an issue my product they were extremely organised and resolved the issue within a matter of days. My only critique is that I wish that the products came with more packaging to protect the items during shipping.

I trusted it would arrive. It was easy to reorder.

Papier is a really terrible operation. I ordered a book for my wedding day to gift to my husband. It had a 3 week lead time. We were down to the wire with it due to be delivered the day before. I emailed to make sure everything was on track and asked if there was anything I could do to help speed up the process or ensure it gets here on time. When it arrived, the first 3 and last 3 pages were missing, despite being in the preview. These were the most important pages as they explained the book, the gift and the wedding day speech. I emailed customer service and they said they’d make a new one but it would take another 3 weeks, and they wouldn’t offer any discount or reimbursement. They ruined my wedding day gift and it completely soured the experience for my husband, as he didn’t understand the book I’d given him as it started halfway through. The new book has arrived and the colour of the cover is inexplicably a different colour and the photos are stretched (they weren’t in the previous one). Again, they won’t offer any refund. The wedding gift is ruined. Terrible company. If it’s important for you - and you want it to be right - don’t use papier. Also, they have a phone line which is always “busy” and a chatbot which always has “no one available”. It’s clear they’ve outsource their customer service to rude zendesk workers who don’t care or know the business.

It was just exactly what I had in mind, I ordered it, it turned up and was absolutely perfect!

This was my first time ordering one of these notebooks. I ordered a hardback notebook with plain pages and a personalised title on the front. The quality is excellent and I am very happy with my purchase. I shall order some more of these notebooks as gifts for Christmas this year.
Delivery was on time.

Beautiful daily diary so cute I love it

Firstly I received a faulty book. The first page teared as soon as I opened it and the stitching was exposed. For a book that cost $260 I was not expecting that, it looked awful. The photo on the front cover is literally stuck on with glue and the edges are easily lifted.
They offered a replacement which I accepted and it took 6 weeks to get to me. There were a lot of issues as to why because different people were saying different things to me which was frustrating because this was a gift for someone.
The second replacement book that arrived had the first 4 and last 4 pages missing so there was no care into checking it before being printed, especially after a faulty first print.
For the quality of the book, mainly the cover photo being stuck on and not sealed and the price you are paying, I don’t recommend Papier.

Always have loved their planners! Great quality books year after year. I also recently had an issue with a misprint on the one I got for 2027 and they resolved it very quickly and with no hassle. Will be back next year lol

Personalised notebook was damaged when received and Papier agreed to resend out another. Good service.

The interface and options to create a phonebook are extremely limited (compared with, say, Photobox) Layouts were very limited and text can't be added unless on specific limited built-in layouts.

The user needs more flexibility and choices, especially customised layouts.

I love the products and the service is excellent.
