Last minute order of place cards for our wedding...
I was late in ordering place cards for our wedding and found Papier. They got them to us within a few days, even a day earlier than promised, and they were all pre-folded and in alphabetical order. Also their system of filling in the names for all the guests was very easy to follow. I am not tech savvy so this was much appreciated! Well done Papier :)

Received a blank planner
I ordered a 2027 planner and received one that was blank inside so that I have to fill in the dates for the entire year. Very disappointing

They never show actual size on the website. I bought one last time and it was regular size. This is like pocket size and actually really expensive for the size.

Extended delivery time
Extended delivery time and that was before their screw up at their printers. Ordered 10th September delivered 3rd October.
Only compensation offered was refund of delivery.
Robotic support who don’t actually listen to what you’re saying.
No sincere apology for delay. Turned up with slight crease in corner.
Overall pictures look nice but customer service, delivery time and overall care is below average, let alone below price tag.
Avoid.

Estimated delivery time was delayed by 2 days so I wouldn't rely on it.
However the planner is definitely worth it. Paper quality is very good, extremely easy to organise academic events(University). Very useful and versatile. I use it everyday.

Great layout for writing in the recipes!
The recipe journal turned out very pretty, and the custom photos I added are great quality! I am only giving it 4 stars because it only has sections for breakfast/lunch/dinner/treats but I wish there was an extra spot for appetizers/snacks. Other than that, it has a great layout to write in your own recipes which I think is more important! Would buy more books and just ignore the designated sections
