When’s things aren’t quite right but after sales service is exemplary
What’s important when dealing with a retailer is how they manage things when things don’t quite go to plan. So impressed with Papier when a personalised item wasn’t quite right and the wrong type of planner was sent. I’d ordered a productivity planner with personalisation and instead a notebook (personalised) had arrived. The team promptly ordered me the right item, escalated the delivery time and also partially refunded my order value and all without quibble. What an amazing company. I love the quality products and the service is well…simply exemplary! I’d never go anywhere else for my journals, planners and notebooks

Colour
The planner looked a different colour on the website to when it arrived. I was disappointed by this. However the quality is good.

That the size of the academic planners have changed
I got an academic planner last year from papier and loved that it was small and that it was spiral bound. Both reasons why i reordered this year. I was disappointed to see they have changed the size of the academic planners. That is the main reason I took a star off. Otherwise super cute and exactly as described.

I completely understand your frustration. I am so sorry for the confusion and disappointment caused by the size change and the lack of clear sizing information on our site.
We updated our spiral notebooks/planners to this larger size to provide more room and writing space, so we no longer carry the smaller spiral size.

Poor quality
Poor quality. The back literally will not stay on due to poor binding. Waste of money and I should’ve just gone to target.

My review
The photo album that I ordered was so easy to put together and wasn't crazy expensive. The shipping came a day early. I have 1 complaint though. I wrote a little card thing for free and when I opened it wasn't there.

Highly Recommend
I've made 2 other books through another company however I really rate Papier and am going to use them again. The software/app was easy to use, I swapped between uploading our photos on my phone and then placing them on the pages using my laptop. Was super easy and simple, photos have printed beautifully. It came fairly quickly from the UK to NZ and packaging was environmentally friendly, all paper and cardboard. Highly recommend to anyone.
