They promised to deliver package in 1 day. But its nit right they deliver it in 4 days.
Very bad customer service, they don't care what’s importance of the package.

Dear Tanvir,
Allow us to clear out a few misunderstandings. The time frame was not exceeded, since your package was out for delivery the very next day - the delivery attempt failed, because the business meant to receive your package had already closed. You had initially booked a residential shipping, so we had no chance of knowing that this delivery had to be made within regular opening hours. A new delivery date was then agreed upon and your package was delivered at the exact date requested by the receiver.
In the light of this, we must admit that we resolved this matter in the best (and quickest) way possible

I ordered a freight from DK to Serbia…
I ordered a freight from DK to Serbia with delivery at the receivers office place within 3 days.
It tooks 21 days before it was in Serbia and another week before the receiver got it.
I never got any excuse, and I didn't get any refund of cost due to far to late delivery.
I am disappointed.

Very Bad Service
ُParcel should be sent to home address not some other shops or places you have recommended.
This message which I have written is not to the PAKKE.DK , this is to The MATAS A/S.
But I have a very bad experience with PAKKE.DK, it is the worst kind of treatment of the company where I have lost 35.000,00 D.kr. I have sent a parcel to Texas, USA. where the person concerned in PAKKE.DK has not completed the doc. accordingly. In the two parcels there is Porcelain, Parcels come back and the parcels were completely damaged. I lost everything and could not get anything in claim. It is all due to their wrong handling.( Order nr.1588602/271391006960. ) I NEVER RECOMMEND TO BOOK YOUR PARCEL IN THIS COMPANY. They are not expert in this branch of life.
