Most things were great with two exceptions. 1. The advertising touted the pool to be heated year round. Nobody bothered to disclose that the heater wasn't functional for the entire stay and the water was COLD. 2. The condo was large enough to sleep 12 but the hot water heater couldn't come close to keeping up with the 6 of us. Not even two could shower without a significant wait between showers.

I was weary staying anywhere after hurricane Harvey, but my husband and I had a really nice time. The house was enjoyable. Bathroom was a little small, but nothing major. Would definitely stay again when we are down there.

Excellent place for our family vacation. Very close to the beach.

Tile floor on main level was uneven, tripping hazard.
Not enough silverware. This seems to happen at a lot of condos. $1 store silverware would be fine.
We like a glass of wine, no wine glasses. Again $1 store.
King bed in master was very comfortable. Loved that.
Employees at site very friendly.

This condo complex is Right on the beach the pool is heated great.place we enjoyed staff was awesome

A delightful and fluid environment that met the needs of 7 comfortably. Fun games and toys for all and the furnishings accommodated the multi day stay quite nicely. Well stocked kitchen was a bonus. Near a beautiful pool and convenient parking. Would certainly return!

Not a lot of sound proofing in the condo. But we loved the condo and the pool. The decor was adorable. Appliances were great and the beds were made for sleeping. It was spacious and clean. The washer and dryer were great with 5 kids who went fishing. Fun was had by all.

Padre Escapes is the most professional and reliable management company in the area. They take care of you before and during your stay. If you need anything, they are available and happy to help. They go out of they’re way to make sure you’re happy. Great variey of properties for every budget. I used to book with VRBO, now I only use Padre Escapes.

Yes, we will definitely recommend this company! The housing unit was clean and at an ideal location near the beach, grocery shopping, restaurants and horseback riding on the beach. The management team was readily available to resolve any situation and responded quickly to questions.

It was an unbelievable stay, 40' from the beach, short walk on beach to jetty where we saw alot of people catching fish, family atmosphere, big heated pool, spoke to many winter texans from everywhere many coming for 7, 11yrs, 20yrs. Truly the best secert spot to enjoy the ocean, lot of nice places to eat , loved my condo 211, cool memory foam beds,sleeps 8, view of beach,sunrise and dunes. Going back for sure.

Great experience! It was easy to view their properties and make the reservations online. They were very helpful when I called them with a couple of questions. Check in/out was simple, and their app was useful. I will definitely use them again!

The property is well maintained and clean. Our Family and friends enjoyed our stay during this spring. They can extend the maintenance during late evenings on weekends.. otherwise it is worth for the money.
