Beautiful place, felt very secure, and staff was professional and helpful. The bed in the master bedroom was awful. You could feel the springs, woke up hurting in the mornings. All the extra blankets had not been washed and smelled of urine. However staff was very apologetic and quick to provide clean ones. I would definitely return.

I have stayed three times at the Gulf Shores Villa Studio and very much enjoyed it every time. Very clean and well maintained. My only recommendation would be to include a few more sets of towels for the stay. The last few times we have sufficient sets of towels for the entire stay but could have used a least one more set this short trip. Thank you for the very professional manner in which all the arrangements were handled. Could not have been more pleased.

Overall it was a very good experience:

Pros:
1) Good clean apartment overall.
2) close to beach - about 5-10 min walk but we just took our car to the beach
3) parking right in front of the apartment that was a big plus for us
4) Towels, bed sheets, utensils were all clean.

Cons:
The negative point I should say is that one of the circuit barkers went off and we had no light in the washroom, kitchen counter and the ceiling fan of the main room the first night and I could not find any emergency number to contact in any of the paperwork provided. The next morning I called the office and they came and fixed the issue in the afternoon. Again in the evening when we came back and switched on the lights of the main bed room, the circuit barker again went off! but I managed to turn it on. This is something the management needs to check.

Absolutely loved our stay and was easy to book. Staff were extremely nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

This condo was amazing! Adorable, extremely clean, and looked brand new. Having 2 bathrooms and in-unit washer and dryer was incredible. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

This was a nice house. Decorations were great and beds were clean and comfortable. The showers worked well and had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and we enjoyed home cooked meals throughout. They even had a crock pot.
Minor repairs were needed to fix door knobs; getting trapped in the bathroom as not fun. Additionally, the path to the beach was not cleared, the pool heater was broken, and the oven cooked low. It was a chilly few days, but we enjoyed being together and spending time together. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Overall, great experience! Interactions with staff were all friendly and helpful. They had an issue with their mobile checkout and I didn't receive a text the night before departure, so checkout wasn't as smooth, but a call to the office put everything right.

Really nice place and convince was key... very close to the beach. Only complaint was the couches weren’t usible due to still being wet from cleaning

The entire process was seamless and had nothing but help and guidance from Padreescapes. Are planning to return next winter and have made the reservations through Padreescapes.

The only thing was a uncomfortable mattress & way too small Tvs..I did sure this while there And hope the new management will continue to have owners meet some standard for all roims.

Our unit was clean, and mostly updated, so it was a pleasant vacation. The bed, however, was not comfortable, and the mattress actually creaked and crackled when getting in and out of the bed. It sounded like it was breaking apart. We had never heard that sound from a mattress. Wierd!

Very nice, close to beach and things to do.

My family and I had a great time. Exceptionally clean place, very beautiful with easy access to pool and the beach. Will be booking here again in the future.

Beach View is a nice place. Very clean, nice furniture and nicely arranged. One thing we missed were some cookie sheets, wooden spoons and another bowl which to make salads. They only left two dishwashers soap and we were there for four days, and suppose to house twenty four. For that many I think they should have left more.
Buts a lovely place and we would go back. Padreescapes are very nice to deal with.

All went very well with our stay and as usual Padre Escapes to the rescue when we couldn't work the door code. Many Thanks to All!!

The condo was very outdated, appliances had rust all over the face of the refrigerator. The furniture didn’t look very clean and the carpet on the stairs was outdated, wore out and looked very dirty. My sister Stayed in the guest room and the window blinds were horrible. She complained about too much light coming through.
The view of the beach is what saved it.
I highly recommend updating the inside and furniture because the location is incredible.
If I had to rate it just on the interior I would give it a 2 out of 5 stars.

Views were great but condo needed updates. Shower was a bit old but views of ocean were great. I would not rent this condo again.
