Christmas gift 2025

I purchased a t-shirt from you on the 5th of Dec., 2025. This was a gift. I knew I had ordered it late so I patiently waited. 1/24/26--I'm still waiting.
I reached out and was told their "logistics" company had not alerted that the product was lost and to be PATIENT!! Then I received another email saying they were resending. That was at least 3 wks ago.
My patience is getting very thin and my BP is rising. Produce what I purchased or refund my money. $30+

I ordered two shirts over a month ago and I still have not received them. I also have attempted to contact them numerous times but they never respond. I’ve not received an update regarding my order since I received the confirmation email. This company is a complete scam!!!!

Misspelling on shirt- No Resolution by Company!

I received a shirt that was misspelled. Per the Terms and Conditions, I sent a picture of the shirt and requested a refund via email. I got a response of apology and no RTV number. After 6 further emails, I still have no resolution. The only way to contact them is through email. This is a horrible experience. Hope nobody wastes their money!

I am responding to my previous review and their response.
Yes, they have it marked the sizes. Typically, my husband would wear a 3X loosely went ahead and purchased a 4X just in case it runs small. All three products that I bought were tight on him. There is no way for him to wear them so if you purchase from this company, you better size up 2 sizes
They refused to help me with this problem

Returns have to be sent back to China

I ordered a t-shirt and wanted to return it because I was not satisfied with the quality. After many emails back and forth, I was told the only way to return it was to send it back to China which would have cost more than I paid for the t-shirt. The return policy is very misleading so beware. I would never order from this company again.

Ordered 3 bucket hats of which only ONE fit, company refused to refund money and requested I gift to someone else and buy another lot at a discount. Bad customer service, will not refund unusable goods, will only suggest returning to China at my cost. DO NOT USE

Will never order from south faces again

I ordered a personalized hat early December as a Christmas gift. It did not arrive until well after Christmas and it had the wrong name on it. They admitted their mistake and offered a replacement or a 20% refund. I asked for a replacement. It arrived 3 weeks later -still with the wrong name. I asked for a full refund but they have not responded. The quality of the hats is pretty poor.

Item received didn’t match item photo…

Item received didn’t match item photo and took one month to receive. Sweatshirt was so thin you could see through it, and instead of being the acid wash look depicted - it was a solid black with extremely cheap looking decal lettering. When I contacted customer support their solution was to donate the item and purchase another one. COMPLETE SCAM!!! Buyer beware!

Definitely will order from southfaces again

Happy with my first purchase of 2 hoodies. Be patient because it took over a month to receive my order. Order placed 12/13/24, received 1/17/25. Happy with my orders, decent quality and everything was correct with personalization. Would order from them again.

Do not buy from this company!

Bought a brown sweatshirt. It came with a blue lettering that was difficult to read against the brown. I turned it inside out when washing and hung it on a hanger to dry. Some of the lettering washed off. I contacted the company, sent them a picture and their response was "Not our fault".
That's it!
Shipping took several weeks. Definitely would NOT recommend this company.

I ordered a sweatshirt and made the mistake in size and quickly cancelled the order, three time just in case. Then sent an email. I received a reply 5 days later stating they could not cancel the order it was already in progress. Once the order came, I email and said I'd like to return the item, its too small. I have received no response in 3 weeks. BUYER BEWARE I WILLO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Wish I could give them negative stars

Wish I could give them negative stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service. Sizing isn’t accurate. Impossible to get a straight answer on return. Took over 6 weeks to receive so wasn’t able to give as Christmas gift.

ordered over a month ago - still nothing

Placed an order on Dec 5 (for a Christmas gift). It's now Jan 10 and I've still not received it. Annoyed. When I emailed them about it on Dec 23 - they said (on Dec 25) it "will going thru customs soon" and to "wait patiently for a while". That was 2 weeks ago - still nothing. Never again.

One wrong shirt out of 6

I ordered 6 shirts at the beginning of December 2024. They arrived December 28, not in time for Christmas but everyone understood. All were accurate but one that had same name on sleeve and on front. I sent message with picture as was instructed and they admitted it was their fault and offered a 20% credit or new shirt. Of course I opted for new shirt with correct names on it. They responded with they would be happy to reissue shirt with “wrong names”. I responded by telling them I want shirt with right names and to make sure their quality assurance department was doing their job. Still waiting for response.
