3/4hand he 19 dealer 20
5th he got 20 dealer blackjack
6th he got 20 dealer got 21 in 5 cards
7th he doubled up on 11 got 9 =21 ,dealer got 21 in 5 cards yet again.
8th hand he got 16 twisted got 5 = 21
Dealer had blackjack.
Tell Me, IS THIS FAIR PLAY.

Paddy power is a scam fraudulent site. I played many games of blackjack. And other games on the site. To no surprise they take ur money. And give you nothing back. Playing blackjack really surprised me. Offline blackjack is definitely rigged. Played 9 hands. I won once. I had a 19. Dealer pulls 21. I have 20. Dealer pulls 21. I have ace and 9 (20) they have 13. Dealer pulls 21. All back to back. Like it’s actually laughable how they can blatantly scam people and go on like it’s RNG. There is nothing RNG about them cards. They wouldn’t not be pulled like that in a legit shuffled deck, I guess it’s my own fault for attempting to have trust and fairness in a legit site. DO NOT USE

I recently placed a £ .50 yankee (4 selections) on horse racing.
I placed the bet under the prevailing odds at the time. The bet provided BEST ODDS GUARANTEED which means should the returned odds (starting price) be greater than those available at the time the bet was struck then the bet would be settled at the greater odds.
Unfortunately, I was credited with £16.50 exactly half of the correct amount.
The odds struck at the time of laying the bet were
Two Brothers 5/1 Won 10/1
Penn Avenue 7/2 Lost
Marty McFly 9/2 Won 5/1
Fierce Warrior 15/4 Lost
This bet should have been settled as a double at the returned odds of 10/1 and 5/1. It was not.

I have tried for two days to have the matter resolved but cannot get any joy from their Virtual Assistant.
I enclose the Bet ID 0/3946214/0016036 as proof of the above facts.

I would just like to express my concern about paddy power and how unethical they are as a betting firm. If I could rate zero star I would. I Placed a bet on Monday on a special listed on there website for horse racing. The 2 horses in question was Catchintsavo & Micene 5/4. Placed this in good faith however when looking at the price for Micene they incorrectly had the price listed as 1/11 instead of 10/11. So because the special picked up the price as 1/11 instead of 10/11 it subsequently made the special shorter than it should of been around the 5/2 and 11/4 price. Paddy Power later realised this and amended the price 5 minutes later to the the correct price on the win market and subsequently the special changed to what it should of been in the first place to 5/2. Now having placed the bet and taken the 5/4 i challenged this with the online team and I spoke to the live chat team and they were agents whom i spoke to were very unhelpful to say the least and could not understand and you cannot speak to anyone via phone service anymore which I think is a complete disgrace. I sent several emails into the ceo Peter Jackson whom never responded to one single email I sent however instead I got an email from the senior complaints executive stating that they wouldn't refund me the difference even though there price was incorrect at the time. This is disgraceful as a betting firm that they can make a mistake and not own that mistake. If they paid me out incorrectly they would want the money back and similarly I would expect the same under the fairplay rules. If they make the price wrong and change it later they need to acknowledge this which as a punterI expect the prices to be correct. The traders show that the price for micene was never 1/11 at any point so paddy power made a genuine mistake which happens however they need to acknowledge and correct it for the punter when they do. I have used paddy power for many years and my turnover was in excess of 20k in a year and they treat customers in this manner is shocking. As soon as Cheltenham is over I will be permanently closing my account as what they did on Monday was theft and in essence have stolen my money.

Im not a big gambler,usually I like a go on the horses,but I've started having a go on slots and the odds on winning are far stacked against the player I believe.and so I've closed my account,I'm not an idiot and although the odds are OBV in the bookies favour ,a degree at least of winning something above £1.over £10 spent you would expect.so my advice is to have a flutter on the horses which are not rigged,or I hope not.

Unexpected withdrawal not credited back to the bank account. Multiple attempts at trying to contact them and all you get is an Asian sounding name or a bot! Provided a list of requirements of things they should see on any PC screen

I would honestly not put money in anymore it seems like they just like to steal money from you. They pick and choose what accounts win and put the rest in a dead spin pile it's bullshit

Penny roulette is fixed I've literally tested it you can cover 3 sections black even 3rd 12 and it'll either spin odd red low mid and if it hits black it'll pay you majority 1 or 2 wins out of 10 spins and the lowest win in your bet. Now don't get me wrong I've won 20k in one night bit since they got that law suit I've not won nothing it's like it glitches mid spin and then hit will run opposite your betting on big bets

You will never win on this site its all take take tske and has been for years.

Just had an email from PP to say my account has been suspended and would I send proof of identity to them on this safe line.stupidly I did send photos of driving licence,utility bills etc.agent Haritha said my account had been reopened,when I logged in my small amount of money had disappeared.unfortunately think I have been scammed!!!be careful and don’t do what I did.i have contacted my banks to stop any payments.PP took over a £1000 from my wife’s bank 2 years ago and she has never had a betting account with any company.

As many other reviews. Awful site. Total scam. Just takes your money. Not gambling. Its day light robbery! If your lucky to get a biggish win and your up then collect it and shut your account down otherwise it will take 100times more than you won. Thats if they allow you to withdraw it. Like most peolle you want to enjoy it and dont mind losing sometimes but this isnt fun at all. Played various casino slots £100s in and no features no big wins just swallowed it up. Its about time they banned all of these sites
