Slots are constantly lagging and jumping out of wins.
You will never win on this site its all take take tske and has been for years.
Seems every other year they are fined for something from the gambling commision.
Explains why its all scammy because they are scams.

Just had an email from PP to say my account has been suspended and would I send proof of identity to them on this safe line.stupidly I did send photos of driving licence,utility bills etc.agent Haritha said my account had been reopened,when I logged in my small amount of money had disappeared.unfortunately think I have been scammed!!!be careful and don’t do what I did.i have contacted my banks to stop any payments.PP took over a £1000 from my wife’s bank 2 years ago and she has never had a betting account with any company.

Terrible it’s horrendous you get on the bonus and win next to nothing. I was spinning 20p win 3 times and ended up with 21p!! Put these people out of business and there so much more to life than giving it to these people!!

If your lucky to get a biggish win and your up then collect it and shut your account down otherwise it will take 100times more than you won. Thats if they allow you to withdraw it. Honest opinions for bets it's good even tho i only bet on football really, as for the casino side it's actually awful, you put in a a fair amount just to win what you've lost maybe £5 above. I played blackjack and managed to get £5 up. When I tried to withdraw my winnings, I was told I couldn’t because they were “looking after my money” and that it was “safe in their account.”

Confused, I played again and got up to £10 – same issue. Thinking maybe it was a minimum withdrawal issue, I kept playing, only using my winnings. I went up in £5 increments all the way past £80, but every single time, they refused my withdrawal.

There was no clear explanation, just vague messages, and when I tried to get help, I was met with an unhelpful AI chatbot that didn’t understand my complaint. No option to speak to a human support agent or file a proper complaint.

This is unacceptable. If you can’t withdraw your winnings, what’s the point of playing with real money? It feels manipulative and dishonest.

Avoid this site unless you enjoy being stonewalled when you try to get what you rightfully won. I’ve reported the issue and will not be using them again.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with customer services they suspended my account after I won a decent amount of money then asked for proof of id and address I sent it them then it was a bank statement I sent it then they asked for proof of income so I sent it then I messaged again in a couple of days for update they asked me to send them the same things again this happened about 6 times then they after a week I got told everything was verified and my account would be activated again and I messaged them the next day to see why it was still suspended and they told me my account is under review I have to wait for them to contact me this has been going on for over 2 weeks I strongly recommend not joining this site
