I had a make up experience today and it’s stunning I really recommend having this done, I had it done on arrival so I could wear all day so happy 😃

My daughter had her make up done today the staff was amazing and so was her make up very pleased and so glad we chose to do this 🙂

Amazing experience for any young/teen pink make up obsessed girl! We had a lovely time only booking the basic package. 10/10 🌟

What kind of marketing is this?

Just opened my personal emails and there is an email stating

“ORDER JKS#SAL360
Thank you for your purchase!

Hi babe, we’re getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent.”

This totaled £53.00

At the very bottom of the email it states

“WAIT... YOU DIDN'T ORDER THIS?

Don’t worry babe, no order was placed (yet...)
But if you’re already dreaming of these goodies, it’s a sign!”

I genuinely felt somebody had accessed my accounts and used my banking.

How on earth do you feel this is a genius marketing strategy and that you should run with it?

This is outrageous!

Fabulous experience for my daughters surprise birthday. Staff all very helpful . Food and birthday cake surprise amazing. Highly recommend. What a magical place

What a great experience. Went for my daughter’s birthday and took my neice she had the best time . All staff so helpful will do anything to help . Girls got make-up done and Harvey and Caitlin were just the best . Had reservation at cafe for 4pm but Lauren done her best and so helpful and got us in earlier ❤️ . Would highly recommend.

I took my granddaughter for Bday and 3 cousin s yesterday to the p louise warehouse had paid for the workshop and entry couldn't believe now charging £5 to park right outside the entrance of the building which never have paid before the decor is Beautiful but there is no were to sit unless you booked a table which there is nt very many its like a merry go round of small shop with products to buy so for children its a dream as long as you have plenty of money the coffee and food bar in middle was dirty all drinks spilt the staff were very miserable like couldn't be bothered serving and took 20 mins for a coffee other staff selling products were pleasant and the dance staff a bit over packed to

I ordered my items after midnight and they were ready for click and collect the same day, before 12pm. Everything was in my box, including the free lip oil holder. Great service and all packaged beautifully!
The ladies on reception; Caitlin & Georgia were so polite and friendly.

Terrible customer service, half my order was missing, I had to email them to ask about it for them to tell me the items were out of stock and they would refund me, why didn't they tell me this at the time of the order or when they realise they were out of stock? still waiting 2 weeks later. Won't be shopping here again.

You make an order and no updates given at all. You wait weeks and weeks no updates. You receive your order not in box’s separated, not in any packaging to make sure doesn’t break it all thrown in and with over two hundred items leave you to sort it out even though order 6 items if one etc! Straws bent and it looks like a clearance table at a car boot sale all thrown in! I even received a email- last minute as no emails for month ! That a pallet was needed so the box so heavy can’t lift and it thrown in! Do that order why not separate and pack now here I’m warning others and have pictures of how Louise send large orders! Clearly items broken and cistomer services don’t give a service they are worse service ever come across . To throw over 200 items all mixed in when I ordered various amounts of each products is beyond me when you spend over £1300 and how sent items to me is not acceptable take me days to sort out now! Not the pretty pink box you receive normal with packaging so nothing breaks and can lift! I had to get 2 men to lift. Not happy and the head of Louise should see how customers are treated !

Difficult to return, sent a message on Saturday, we are now on Wednesday and I still haven’t gotten anywhere, Cerys responded to my initial email asking me why I wanted to return, answered yesterday and still nothing as of yet today! Not like it’s cheap stuff, it’s 4 pairs of pyjamas that don’t fit any of us in the household despite us all being different shapes/sizes, it’s now 5th June and I haven’t gotten anywhere further, just keep getting very unhelpful emails.
Update: it’s the 26th June now and they finally have the 4 pairs of pj’s back but have only refunded me for one pair!

I recently had a few issues with missing items and delayed receiving of the missing items. I posted an honest review and have been contacted by will in customer services who has gone above and beyond to rectify my complaint and offered amazing customer service from what had left me with a bad opinion. This has totally been transformed and with working in customer services myself I am very impressed with how p Louise learn to rectify any issues and always aim to please the customer. I have one very happy little girl. Thanks for listening to feedback bad and good and acting on this.
