Excellent customer service and excellent quality phones! I’ve just purchased my third refurbished iPhone, all have been marked with excellent quality and they have all been amazing! Worked perfectly, zero scratches or wear and tear marks and battery all to high standard. Cannot recommend Oz mobiles enough to all my family and friends.

Great item in excellent condition
The product was in excellent condition, as advertised. Really impressed with the delivery time and updates on the items shipping and delivery. Would highly recommend oz mobiles if you are looking at purchasing a new phone at a much reasonable price. iPhone 15 Pro Max
I bought two iPhone 15 Pro Max plus new batteries, glass screen protectors, iphone cases and 24 month insurance at a cost of
$ 2,865.67. The rating on the iPhones was “Excellent, grade A”.
When they arrived one of the iPhones had a screen that didn’t register touch and I couldn’t get it going so I tried to make contact but failed .
The next day, the iPhone responded to touch and I was relieved when I got it going.
Then weeks later, it failed to register touch again and I couldn’t even turn it off so had to take it to an iPhone repairer who had to replace the screen at a cost to me of about $360!
I posted a review here outlining what had happened and immediately was contacted by Ozmobiles with a sincere apology and an offer to refund the $360.
I was greatly relieved and very impressed by the honesty, and the sense of responsibility taken by Ozmobiles.
This was the third time I’ve purchased phones through them and previously, I’ve never had any issue. And given this time I did have a problem, which they went out of their way to quickly solve for me, I’m confident that Ozmobiles will always take full responsibility to ensure they provide a good quality product. Thank you!

I ordered the pixel 7, it was the cheapest on the market while having a 'excellent' condition. It arrived quickly and it definitely was in a excellent condition. It's a used phone so there are going to be things like shorter battery etc, except I got what I paid for while still getting the cheapest on the market. If I want to get another used phone, I'd have no issue recommending this place based on my experience. I rarely leave reviews so that says something!
