I was looking to upgrade to iPhone 13
I was looking to upgrade to iPhone 13. Visited several different sites with varying prices. I came across oz mobiles. I wanted to make sure I was getting a good deal on a refurbished apple iPhone 13. The site was very easy to navigate with the iPhone I wanted. They even had specials going on new batteries so after deciding on the phone I wanted I also added a new battery as the price was too good to pass up. Checkout was very quick and the communication was exceptional. I knew what I was buying for the price I paid and detail on the phone and battery and when it would likely arrive. I was given updates of shipment and delivered straight to my door with signature required on receiving it. I was very impressed, happy and my phone was immaculate just as if it was brand new. My whole experience was exceptional with the service to match. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

The quality of the product and service
The description of the phone was exact as demonstrated when it arrived. It was in fantastic condition with a few very minor scratches. The things I asked for were done - new battery and screen protector put on. The phone arrived via post promptly with good tracking. The phone an S23 works perfectly.

Very happy first-time customer.
As a first-time customer of Oz Mobiles, I am so impressed. I've always bought my phones brand new before and this was the first time I decided to buy a refurbished mobile. I had been an iPhone user ever since the first iPhone came out but decided that after having the iPhone 15 Pro for a couple of years that I wanted a big screen phone again, so I decided to go with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 256GB in Black. I placed my order on the 25/6/26 and paid extra to have it delivered express and received it in the morning on the next day.
My phone arrived in as new condition, in a minimal but carefully packaged recycled cardboard box with the screen protector put on the phone as requested.
My phone has been working flawlessly and from now on, I will be buying refurbished models as it's better for the environment as well as being a more affordable option. I'll also be reselling my iPhone 15 Pro to Oz Mobiles.
To anyone considering buying refurbished, I'd happily recommend Oz Mobiles to them. I know I'll be buying my phones from them in the future.
