Long wait, poor result
The order took a long time to be processed, which I was made aware of at the time of purchasing due to hand stitching the college crest. However one of the letters is already coming off. 30 days for hand stitching that fails after 1 week is very disappointing

Quality made embroidered vest!
The item purchased was great and exactly as offered. Nice embroidered vest. My only frustration was I ordered it the end of December and it took a month to receive without any communication as to when I might get it. I was hoping to get it before a January 26 burthday, but it arrived later. It is a nice item though.
