Item shipped was not as described or seen in the ad. Been emailing months for a refund, they keep offering a discount on their site and no refund. Poor quality, poor communication, trash company. STAY AWAY

Received sneakers in 7 days what came was a shoe with a different color sole in the back not pleased with what they sent me it is a total different picture of what they displayed. stay away from this company.

Saw a pairs of jogging outfits, sweater and pairs of sneakers. Looked nice at first glance. Placed the order. Shipment arrived in a plain brown envelop with no invoice or contact information. Material flimsy and was too small. Sneakers came afterward and was "pleather." Decided to keep the sneakers as it was too much hassle to return, but returned the other items. Cost me $56.00 to return as it was in CA. Requested credit that never came. Used USPS with tracking number. It was delivered. When contacted the credit card company used for the purchased, claimed that it was never delivered. Tracking showed that it was delivered. Bottom line. Stay as far away from this company as possible. Caveat Emptor.

I ordered a pair of shoes. it took 3 weeks to arrive with no invoice, return label, or instructions on how to return merchandise. Also, came with other products I ordered from Shawbest. It seems to be the same scam. In any case, Poor quality products (Lukmall & Shawbest). Contacted the vendors and no response. Stay away from these 2 names. Their trick: Low appealing prices...on brand names.

A. Rip-off ordered shoes never got them. Should be a crime to advertise like that. Fake company. But bums will be bums.

I ordered 3 outfits from Lukmall and What a screw off I ordered a Forex it’s more like a one X also they sent me two of the same thing do not order from this company you only waste your money I lost $150 on down the drain

Do not order anything from this company, this is nothing but a big ripoff. Everything is 2 size too small and you can not return or get a refund. The quality of these items is very low and it’s difficult to contact the company. Will never order nothing from this site again.

site would not let me past "I am a robot" to write them about order. Shoe size 12 mens is like 11 or so, and of moderate quality for money.

Don’t ever order from this site! Customer service sucks and shipped to wrong address but wouldn’t do anything but give me a discount to reorder! BS!

Thanks for all the reviews, I appreciate everyone’s feed back. I was about to order form this company but I’m glad I didn’t since I’ve been recently screwed by someone in China. We need better policies for these companies across the waters.

I ordered blue shoes and was sent white shoes. This company sucks big time. People who got screwed should file a class action lawsuit. Beware,THIS COMPANY SHOUD BE BANNED BANNED FROM ADVERTISING THEIR PRODUCTS !

Ordered size 12, after 6 weeks, received something much smaller. I sent them pictures of label which they claimed were size 12. They agreed to refund once they receive merchandise back, but shipment from US to china was double cost of shoes. They suggested I keep the shoes and they give significant discount on other products. Good money after bad! They finally offered 20% additional reduction. BAD CHINESE COMPANY. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a XL linen shirt. Paid like $55. I received today a small shirt. Horrible material. It looks like a kitchen towel.
Shirt smells really bad. Shirt finishing is done in a terrible way.

I ordered a size 12. They shipped around a size 9. They asked for photos of labels and shoes. I did that. Then they asked me to keep them as a gift for someone else but I had to buy something else at a supposed discount. I said absolutely not. Then they said they sent the right size. NOT.

Was viewing their clothing, shirts and shorts. Could not decipher their sizing charts. Here's one reply from customer service: "They are the length of the body parts" What?! They lost my business.

Looks like same thing no response for shoes. Very familiar with these Chinese companies. Turned them in to AMEX, BBB, Interpol. They all work the same no response after they charge your card. I’ll follow up if something changes.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They did not fit and i emailed on instructions on how to return them. They said i would have to ship to China and only get a 15% refund. This is not good customer service. Don't order anything from this site.
