problems after sales
I placed an order and everything was right until i mounted the item and it didnt worked so i start with the returning and there is where i start to have problems, item is returned to the seller but 1 week later no refund is made and its imposible to contact with costumer service to ask whats going on so i have to open a dispute on paypal to get my money back, so if you have any problem after buying you will have problems solving the returning process

I purchased two items from two different sellers and both were exactly as published, came in within the stated delivery time (arriving from Lithuania in both cases) and perfectly packaged.

I have canceled the order 7104015 multiple times and I never get back the confirmation email, the order still shows been prepared by the seller , not refunded nor shipped and I have Not received the refund , this is not small amount (1317€)
Please contact me on that regard or I will have to proceed to report that to the Police as on line shopping fraud.
I believe you are a legitimate on line retailer and hope we can resolve this matter without going to that far.
