the control unit is working ok, The package is well packaged, and also the price is nice. So five stars!

We returned a defective part to the seller. After a week the order status changed to under dispute that supposed to be resolved in 10 days. Passing two months withou any response we contacted them. The response was the seller does not recognize the part and refuses to refund. Ovoko gave us FIVE days to decide either we want the seller to send us back the defective part or he leaves it for him. We had to contact the customer and ask his opinion. The customer was abroad and responded in a week. However, a week later Ovoko decided to present the spare part to the seller and stopped to respond me. The worst customer service is when you are not able to reach out anyone by phone and wait till someone answers you on the ticket. It is always better to buy on ebay because there the customer is protected. In ovoko priority goes to the seller since they pay a significant amount of money for the suscription! We use the platform for not having other options. Not recomended.

Ive purchased a bonnet and It cames packaged just in a plastic garbage bag. Filled whit denta and bumps.

It was supposed to be delivered on February 28th (a week ago), but it still hasn't arrived. The carrier says they're behind schedule and will let me know when the delivery will take place.
The order was placed on February 24th and has been in transit for two weeks now.

Envié en tiempo y forma y en perfecto estado los faros el 19 de Febrero y aún no he recibido el reembolso, quiero denunciar esta situación urgentemente,ya he utilizado todos los metodos de contactos habidos y por haber y caso omiso. Ruego me ingresen la cantidad integra de inmetdiato ya que estamos a 9 de Marzo y no se me ha reembolsado, y son multiples ocasiones las que les he contactado, pondré las correspondientes reseñas de no hacerse hoy mismo y utilizaré las vías correspondientes de no ser que hoy mismo me ingresen mi dinero de manera urgente e inmediata, me siento estafada y robada.
I sent the headlights on time and in perfect condition on February 19th, and I still haven't received a refund. I want to report this situation urgently. I request that you refund the full amount immediately, as it's now March 9th and I haven't received my refund, despite having contacted you multiple times. I will leave the appropriate reviews if this isn't done today, and I will use all available channels if my money isn't refunded urgently and immediately. I feel scammed and robbed.
