Refund🤔, not a chance!
I ordered, in good faith, make a note of that, good faith! My order arrived on Saturday, I signed for the box, paid the courier (COD), and as it’s Easter, waited until Monday to open the box, initially all looked ok, that was until Tuesday, when I took the box to the garage to have the light fitted. Underneath the headlight unit there was a broken part, important as this part adjusts the headlamp up and down. Yesterday I phoned and explained the problem. Here is their email:
‘Hello,
All products must be checked in front of the transport agency and rejected
in case of deterioration. If they dont let you, you should call us and/or
send us an email, letting us know that you have received the piece broken.
After so many days, we can`t complain with the transport agency.
In all cases, in a comercial gesture, we can make a 50% of discount in the
lighthouse, in case you order it again. Let us know if you do it so, for the
discount.’
I emailed as well as phoned these people about the broken part as soon as I was made aware. I was told, despite having 7 day refund policy, I was too late.🤔( it’s only Wednesday, parcel arrived Saturday) 🤔 and that I should have checked the contents prior to signing? When does anyone ever do that? Since when has that been the norm? How? In the street? What If its raining?, As it was I had to meet the courier at the road side after guiding the courier via phone. At no point did these amateurs inform me I had to check on arrival before paying. How was I suppose to know? I sign for the delivery, not for the products quality control, the contract of delivery is between me and the courier, as its a separate transaction. What if I were out and my wife signed, really? This was not damaged by the courier this happened at packing or even production level and simply overlooked by quality control.Usually with any normal Company you phone customer service and return the item, not these cheap skates they want your money and you’ll get no refund. So now I’m stuck with a broken useless headlight. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They offered 50% off another purchase, that’s how arrogant they are, yes, like I’m ever going to use or recommend these people ever again, disgusting service.
Oh yes I purchased in good faith.
