Excellent customer service.

Comparatively very prompt answering my telephone call. Mohammed, a very pleasant young man, answered my queries very clearly and concisely. The subject matter was the expiry of my tariff and he explained my options in detail, ensuring that I fully understood the terms and prices.
Overall, this was excellent customer service

Amazing customer service

Rang to speak to someone for help with moving house and having to switch suppliers due to having a pre payment meter in new address which we didn't want and got through to an amazing customer advisor called Abby. Couldn't have been more helpful, got someone with more experience in my situation to join the call and just made my day a little less stressful than it has been. Got all the information I needed to go forward and I couldn't be more greatful for all of their help today. Wonderful customer service!!

just being told different answers

just being told different answers, not the best communication advertising EV but on economy 7 not ideal. SEG advertised but they say they don't have SEG energy. finding the whole experience quiet difficult. Considering I am trying to use green energy you are not making it easy

To clarify, Economy 7 and EV tariffs don’t always align for every household, and it’s important we explain that properly so you can make an informed choice. The same applies to SEG, eligibility and availability can vary, but this should have been clearly communicated from the outset. The young lady to whom I spoke was most…

The young lady to whom I spoke was most courteous and helpful. I was particularly pleased to see that I was asked if I minded being called by my first name. Most companies I speak to just automatically call me by my first name which is very presumptive.
All my queries were dealt with efficiently. I wish other companies would have such excellent customer service representatives.

Mira was so helpful when I rang up to…

Mira was so helpful when I rang up to request a refund of some of the credit on my account. She also then pointed out that there was better tariff that I could be on that would save me around £25 per month! Every little helps when cost of living is so expensive at the moment. Thank you to Mira for her excellent customer service

1st Class service.

Did not have long to wait for my call to be answered. Spoke to Abigail today to explain my issue. This polite young lady listened, understood my concern and was able provide a choice of alternative solutions. Problem solved. Thanks Abigail.
