The contact was very nice and helpful
The contact was very nice and helpful. BUT: the towels i ordered in a huge amount for our guesthouse (as we like to offer sustainable products) from Seaqual initiative are really super bad quality. Even unwashed you see the linen already loosening, it feels like an aircraft towel you got earlier times. Not recommended at all. Sending and everything else was good and reliable.

Hi Christian,
Thank you for your honest feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re glad to hear that the service and delivery met your expectations, but we’re sorry to hear that the towels did not. This is definitely not the experience we aim to deliver.
We’ll review this internally with our production partners, especially regarding the Seaqual range, to understand what may have happened and prevent it in future productions.
Also, someone from our team will get in touch with you shortly to look into this in more detail and explore possible solutions.
Thanks again for your feedback, it really helps us improve.
Trusted business partner
Just want to say thank you for the professionalism with which you handled this order. The backpacks arrived in very good condition, as they were well packaged. The customization work was successful, the logo is very well printed, and the quality is exquisite. In short, your service is highly recommended.

Great customer service
I had a product inquiry for a product that was not available. I received kind and super insightful replies, broadening my understanding of the desired fabric and it's challenges. Furthermore, I would not hesitate to purchase from them if they had available stock of the fabric we are looking for within our price range.

Great quality custom organic clothing
Even with the tariffs their products (specifically the polos that I bought) are by far the cheapest customizable organic clothing option I've seen out there. They shipped relatively fast for being overseas and the representative, Alejandro, guided me through the process with minimal friction. I've been recommending them to everyone I know as of late.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication. My overall feeling is that they didn’t want me as a customer. Alex replied days after my email after multiple prompts.

Great first experience with Organic…
Great first experience with Organic Blank! The organic tees featuring our DTF logo were top quality, and the eco-friendly materials align perfectly with our values. Their flexibility in unit orders is ideal not only for startups but also for growing brands committed to long-term sustainability with a mindful approach to minimizing overproduction. Support was excellent, our account manager, Alejandro Trigo, made everything smooth and stress-free. We’re looking forward to our next order and continuing this partnership. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated the service
I reached out to OB for an order and I really appreciated the service I received from this company, specifically from Alex. He suggested brands and styles, and even assisted with a non-standard shipping request, showing a level of attention that other companies did not. Although I didn't place an order after all (for personal reasons), the type of service I experienced was exemplary and speaks to the quality and care of the team at Organic Blank.
