UPDATE ON THE RETURN VIA UPS...

Absolutely 0 help with the return and now the items are being disposed of as they've been sat in customs for too long.

I would strongly advise to anyone from the outside of Spain not to use this wholesaler. You'll receive fake/unuseable items and you won't be able to return them.

The company DOES NOT issue a returns label & seem to be fully aware of the customs laws but, offer no guidance or help on returning said fake items.

The agent or person I spoke to from this company is rude and obnoxious and has 0 people or customer service skills.

"Do you think I'm going to scam you 400 euros? We receive 2 40ft containers a month"

The answer is yes. This has now been reported to the UK fraud agency.

EDIT: Of course the company are going to claim I'm "lying to get replacement items" why would I want fake items that I can't restore or sell?

The UPS Shipping issues were due to this company

1) not providing a returns label
2) not cooperating and sending the correct
documents requested for importation and to prove it's a return.

I have screenshots of messages between myself and the person I have spoken to from this company. I have screenshots of the copious time I requested the documentation to send to UPS myself. I have screenshots of conversations and requests from UPS.

I have lots of proof that this company is shady as hell.

At this point it's not even about the money, it's about warning other people to STAY AWAY!!! 🚩🚩🚩

Ordered 2 sets of 10 x 'Grade A' football shirts. Shipping time wasn't too bad but let me tell you, these shirts weren't Grade A at all. Also, most of them were fake/counterfeit so as restorer/reseller I couldn't use half of the bundle.

Requested a refund through PayPal and wanted to keep some of the authentic shirts so on the refund request I put this. Refund was accepted but, wanted all of the shirts back meaning I would be out of pocket so this was cancelled through PayPal.

Arranged a full return and sent via UPS. Provided tracking and have kept up with the process of the return. I even followed the instruction to delay the delivery as they were all having a week off last week.

As of this moment, the parcel is stuck in a warehouse in Barcelona, the company need to send UPS their Duty Documents to accept the return. I have requested this through Whatsapp even providing the link but, I'm being ignored and ghosted. I'm currently out of pocket £360 and this company couldn't care less.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I will be reporting this to the UK Fraud investigation team if it's not resolved within the next week.

I could not leave less than 1*. I ordered 10kg women leather trench coats and only received rubbish plus 2 or 3 of the coats were for men and another 1 was not even leather all polyester. I have sent an email on 6th of November regarding the order and didn’t get any reply. 2 days ago I requested help on website with the order. Still no response. The most rubbish company ever. I hope this helps eventually another person who will try to buy from them. I did look for reviews before I purchased. Maybe now they will reply. Don’t waste your money. I threw in the trash £150

Awesome team at this company. I placed my third order this year, we‘re selling vintage clothes online and they offer a nice range of apparel to choose from at modest prices.
Some sweaters were missing by accident the last order, and the guys didn‘t hesitate to deliver the rest at no extra cost. That‘s good customer service!

Order 12366. DISGUSTED!!!! Place my first order with this company on February 11. Received the parcel and couldn’t actually believe it. The clothes looked like came straight from the landfill with holes, mould, absolutely filthy, discoloured, something out of a homeless rucksack!!!! I’ve NEVER EVER SEEN a vintage company providing this level of RUBBISH.

Get’s better, contacted the owner on Instagram and been VERBALLY ABUSED. He had the audacity to call me STUPID. I’m in the filming industry for over 16 years now, my business provides high end secondhand designer clothes to actresses, models, red carpet events etc so to have this John Doe calling me names AFTER TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS was the cherry on top!!!

They are LIARS, SCAMMERS and an embarrassment to Vintage Industry.
