Not recommended with so price

The steam container is too small..
Too hard to get los when you want use another item for another functie
Also drop water after using the steam apparatuur

The handheld steam cleaner is designed to be compact, which means the water tank is smaller, but it allows for faster heating and easier handling. Switching accessories can feel a bit stiff at first, but this usually becomes smoother with regular use.

Some water droplets after use can occur due to condensation in the hose or nozzle. We recommend releasing the remaining steam after use to minimize this.

Helpful customer service and satisfied with the product

I ordered the LUMAN 12 in 1 Stoomreiniger n Handstomer V1 mainly to help with a bed bug problem, but the first unit I received turned out to be faulty. I contacted the company, and they responded quickly and kindly, showing a lot of understanding for the inconvenience. Since my situation required a faster replacement than they could offer, they offered to send me an extra garment steamer as an apology, which I appreciated—though I did have to follow up once to actually receive it.

The replacement steam cleaner works well and has been very helpful so far. I’m satisfied with both the product and how the company handled the issue. Overall, a positive experience and good value for the price.
