- Follow up to make so I had no issues with my new PC (love the stickers about reminding people to put displays into the GPU)

I bought a PC from Opsys back in 2021, and the product was nothing short of excellent – the PC performed flawlessly. Unfortunately, I didn't take the best care of it, and over time, the buildup of dust caused the NVMe to fail. Thankfully, Opsys was quick to come to the rescue.

The repair process was incredibly smooth, and Dan from the team was extremely helpful throughout. He guided me through the return process, kept me updated at every step, and even gave me fantastic advice on replacing the faulty part. To top it all off, Opsys generously replaced my power supply free of charge because it was making a slight humming noise!

When I got my PC back, it was spotless, with a fresh upgrade to Windows 11 – cleaned inside and out. It genuinely looks like a brand-new machine, and people have even asked if I just got it! The level of service and attention to detail from Opsys was outstanding.

I’ve had my gaming PC for 7 years now but it was time for an upgrade, my PC couldn’t handle new games like it used to.

Managed to get in contact with a member of staff, Dan Owen, he was really helpful. I just wanted a new gaming PC and Dan was very attentive and asked me questions I didn’t know I needed to ask!

In the end, Dan managed to spec out a PC custom tailored to my needs, whole process went smoothly and I could not be any happier

After searching for a high end gaming machine that didn't look like a Vegas slot machine, I settled on one of the Xylo XRGB machines from OpSys. Configuring the device was easy and the order process was seamless.

There were some delays, however this was understandable as the high level of build quality mean that they were unhappy to let a device go whilst Intel were still experiencing the burnout issues and wanted to wait until a fix was available. The customer service (Dan especially) was fantastic throughout and I was even given some upgraded components and a Steam voucher as a 'thank you' for waiting.

Now it's onsite, I can safely say it exceeds all expectations. It's so well put together it's crazy. It runs like a dream - whisper quiet and smashing out frame-rates that are borderline insane. The packaging, support materials, everything really was just spot on and the best thing is that it looks absolutely stunning. It seems a shame to hide it away under a desk!

I would totally recommend OpSys to anyone looking to get that gaming edge.

Just received my new custom PC from OPSYS and I am thrilled with the product. It's been meticulously tested and built to an incredibly high standard.

The PC comes with plenty of useful information and software to get you started and the builders over at OPSYS clearly take pride in turning out a polished and high quality product.

My only minor gripe is that the delivery process took a lot longer than originally advertised. However, much of this was due to external factors out of OPSYS' control and I don't blame them for it.

I'd also like to specifically thank Dan Owen from the customer support team who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process in keeping me up to date with how my order was progressing.

The contact and updates. The pc's are tested before shipping which was great for me as they were able to deal with an issue before it got to me. The pc itself is phenomenal, can't praise it highly enough and the staff (dan) are out of this world

Fantastic build quality and a system made to my specifications at a good price. A year on my system is still rock solid and performing well.

Unfortunately the system took nearly 2 months to arrive, over 4 weeks longer than the build time promised by the website. They did inform me that there was going to be a delay and kept in touch but were never able to offer a solid estimate for when I'd receive my system.

I'd like to say, I stumbled on opsys by chance on google. I was a bit hesitant at first, but gave them a chance as most prices for custom built computers are massively inflated - and surprisingly, the opsys prices were the best I found.

Having had my Opsys PC for almost a year now (Magna-V, based on AMD Ryzen 7770X and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti) I thought it might be useful to share an updated review. In short - I'm still incredibly happy with it, the machine does whatever I throw at it, stability-wise it's been rock solid and never given me any problems. So some specifics -

Build quality and aesthetic - solid, no rattles or odd noises when under load. Looks quietly unassuming but with the really neat lighting touches showing off the internals. Cable management is nice and tidy and will be really helpful when/if any upgrades are needed.

Sound - the rig is liquid-cooled and runs really quietly sat next to my desk with just the background hum of the fans. The case does a really good job of deadening the sound. When under load, the fans and cooling ramp up - which is actually quite nice to hear :)

I'm not a big gamer but MS Flight Sim and F1 2023/24 run at full resolution and max detail settings without missing a beat - so I'm happy with that. As a wildlife photographer though, what I use it most for is photo processing. Importing 1000 photos at a time to Lightroom, generating previews and running noise-reduction and sharpening algorithms is a proper test of a rig and this one handles that workload incredibly well.

So overall a year later - very happy.

what can I say apart from wow. I saw them advertised on social media and upon seeing the pc builder they have I knew i wanted to buy from them. The website made it so simple to customise my pc excatly how I wanted it.Considering its a custom PC the build quality is amazing and cable management is second to none and no matter what game I play it has no problems on the top settings. The only downside is that I bought the best of everything and now I wont get to to purchase anything else from them for a good few years. Big shout out to Dan and Michael who were amazing and as the title says please dont go anywhere else use this lot.

Purchased a powerful gaming PC setup, extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. system was well put together, quiet, arrived on time, and ive had no complaints or technical issues in the year ive had it. Customer service was excellent, getting back to me very quickly to answer my queries and to discuss some of my choices and alternatives. (there was some discussion about the coloured cables id requested, which ended up looking really nice).
My system was a custom build, because they are one of the few places i found that had the natural wood fronted fractal north, and they fit in all the components i wanted just fine, temps are always stable even when playing games at high settings (cyberpunk, bg3, etc)

I spent a lot of time looking into what I wanted within my budget, looking for a blend of gaming machine and 3D modelling power.

Opsys site gave me so many options and information to help finalise my order. I even compared build prices and came back knowing they were cheaper.

The desktop pc was completely custom, rather than one of their pre built designs, its a top end machine but will just sort under a desk, so no need for all the led effects. Over used this now for nearly a year and it still smashes everything I throw at it. Quiet and manages to stay cool (not water cooled) despite hot British summers.

I bought a custom built gaming PC from Opsys last year.

I found the pc building tool on the website to be extremely well put together and easy to use. I also upgraded the GPU, CPU and power supply a few days after ordering and this was no problem at all.

The PC is a work of art and very well put together, the cable management is perfect and all the RGB fans and lights work as they should.

The performance of the PC is even better than I could have hoped for, I was given all tests details and proof of benchmarks on a memory stick, which was a nice touch. I have had no issues with overheating at all.

I fully recommend Opsys for your gaming PC needs and I will be upgrading with them in the future when the time comes!

When I first ordered my pc the support staff were so helpful , answering all my questions , updates on the process , and letting my know when my system was ready to be shipped. 10/10 service

When the order arrived it was in perfect protected packaging not even a scratch on arrival !

Build quality: was done to the best of experience can provide ( not one complication 10/10 )

Aesthetic : I went for an all white build with LED ( perfect made it feel like the rig of the future! 10/10 )

Cable management: I’m OCD and it didn’t bring anything but satisfaction all neatly arranged not messy as all ! ( 10/10 )

Gaming performance: let’s just say if there was fps in real life it wouldn’t compare to my opsys system! I’ve played some of the highest rated games on my system for example ( call of duty , red dead 2 , halo , cyberpunk , gta 5 and rust NOT ONE DROP IN FPS EVER ! All smooth fps and temps low ( 10/10 )

Fans / noise : there so silent on a night if I leave a game on or I’m downloading updates or games , I can’t hear anything but silence the fans easily a 10/10 best fans quality and for noise reduction I’ve ever seen

And if your a streamer like me I can run high quality no buffer , no fps drop and no errors streams no problem ! . So if you’re a streamer this company is your multi tasking dream !! 10/10

I received my PC about a month ago. It has been working well since it arrived.

I placed my order back at the start of april and only just received it last friday, August 2nd. The wait times listed on their website are 100% misleading as it doesn't account for time taken in the queue.

Despite this, customer service has been extremely understanding and helpful, even managing to get me compensation in the form of extra storage and a free Windows 11 Pro license.

The PC itself works great with no issues and performs great. The price is extremely fair. The PC was packed extremely well, with my only gripe being the foam packaging inside the pc case was extremely hard to take out in places.

My experience with OPSYS was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I placed my order on April 5, 2024, and it took an astonishing 85 business days to arrive on August 6, 2024 - that's about 4 months! Throughout this time, I engaged in numerous back-and-forth emails with customer service, only to be met with a string of excuses: delays in parts arriving, a supposed huge backlog of orders, and multiple rounds of machine testing. The list seemed endless. In addition, I'm not sure if they did much testing at all as I had to manually configure the fans' rpm to not keep ramping up and down even while the pc was idle or doing simple tasks.

The only compensation I received (which I had to request) was a minor upgrade from 5200MHz to 6000MHz RAM - a gesture that feels like a joke considering the extensive delay and frustration.

While the product's build quality is up to standard, the countless delays and poor communication I've experienced with this company make it impossible for me to recommend OPSYS. The stress and inconvenience simply aren't justified by the end product.

System is fantastic.
Although it arrived quite delayed due to global freight issues, customer support kept me informed at all times.
It was packed incredibly well and works spot on.
Great value for money.

I will 100% recommend OPSYS to anyone. I had a custom built PC made by these. Yes the wait times may be longer than others, but with OPSYS it’s well worth the wait. Build quality is second to none and as for the customer service, you cannot get any better. Dan kept me updated throughout the build so I always knew what was happening.
