Outstanding customer after care

I bought my PC from Opsys over 4 years ago and it’s been fantastic. Recently, I had a couple of issues (not Opsys’ fault) and was blown away by their customer service. The same day I called, they let me bring my PC into the shop, carried out full troubleshooting, replaced the CMOS battery free of charge, optimised my BIOS settings (which I’d previously changed incorrectly), and even fixed an issue with the RGB lights. They also replaced a missing case screw at no extra cost. Special thanks to Liam and Michael for their friendly, professional help. I’d highly recommend Opsys to anyone considering a gaming PC — top-quality builds backed by excellent aftercare!

Totally Rubbish. Very Disappointed.

Paid a ton of money for a system that was supposed to be built and shipped quickly, turns out “quickly” means whenever they feel like it. Weeks later, still no PC. Just excuses.

Feels like they’re more interested in stacking orders and raking in cash than actually getting machines out the door. Meanwhile I’m stuck here, out of pocket, with nothing to show for it.

Customer support? Friendly enough, but totally powerless. The real problem is whoever’s running the show at Opsys clearly doesn’t have a clue how to meet demand or keep promises.

Save yourself the stress and go with a company that can actually deliver what you pay for. Big regret on my part.

Extremely Disappointed — Ordered in February, Still Nothing

I placed an order for a custom PC in February, and as of June, I still haven’t received my system. What was promised to be a smooth experience turned into months of frustration and zero communication unless I initiate contact.

Every time I reach out, I’m given vague updates or told that delays are due to stock or "unexpected issues" — yet there's no transparency, no realistic timeline, and certainly no urgency in resolving the situation.

At this point, I’m left wondering whether I’ll ever receive what I paid for. For a company that claims to be a professional PC integrator, this level of service is unacceptable.

Avoid if you expect timely delivery or customer service that respects your time and money.

Awesome PC

The PC was custom built with opsys and my brother chose the components. Opsys responded to every message query we sent prior to delivery and then advised us on non opsys products that would compliment the PC. The PC is a great looking item and works like a dream. We had afew teething problems and Opsys were brilliant in talking me through fixes, and offering solutions. I would highly recommend them

Overall Very impressed

After searching various pc websites I came across opsys gaming. Admittedly I had never heard of them before but after some more research I decided to give them ago and settled on a very reasonably priced ready to ship (pre built) system.

After a slight problem with delivery, I paid for weekend delivery however it was delivered during the week which luckily I managed to get someone to accept it for me, The box it came in was huge but well packed. After messaging the company I was refunded the delivery charge so all good there.

The system is very well built, tidy cable management and looks great. Good components used which were listed except the aio cooler, which whilst it does the job I have not heard of the make before. The only slight issue is the case is a different one than shown in the picture, the same maker just a different model not the end of the world but some might be more annoyed than others.

Overall I would recommend opsys gaming

Excellent company.

Excellent and informative user interface when deciding what to include in the build. The customer service should be praised, they were able to respond quickly and alleviate any concerns I had.

Worth the wait

Took a little bit longer than they originally estimated but worth the wait. PC delivered without incident, beautifully put together and works flawlessly. Couldn't be more pleased.

Best PC I've ordered

Had my Computer around a month now. Nothing but positive reviews about the system. The best wire management I have ever seen, needs to be hung in the Louvre. Dan was amazing in all things customer support, quick responses and ran me through everything that was happening. There was delays in the production, but was compensated and told what was happening the whole time.

10/10 couldn't recommend them more

Great service

Customer Service is brilliant, and the quality of the PC in the end is amazing. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars was the long (but worthwhile) wait while they were going through some supplier issues.

Awesome computer runs cool and quiet and great aftercare support

There was a few delays to be fair but they communicated this throughout the whole experience and were nothing but honest and genuine, the customer services were most friendly helpful and patient staff I have ever spoke to and they helped guide me through building a custom designed pc they even made brown. Noctuas fans looks good in a black build with sensible placement and use of case fans .

They put all into a smaller case which I thought would look cool , did op sys send it out in that case nope as they run tests and decided it was hotter than hades and the noctua cooler was touching glass , so they give me a free upgrade to a bigger case with better airflow.

Also the first 7800x3D chip had a cache blow out which can happen you know what they did they apologized and went out their way to source me a new one at cost to themselves as there’s a shortage of gaming chips at moment

No space marine 2 game come but that’s more of a AMD promotions issue even when shops do get the codes which they don’t always you have to use the code within a couple weeks and it hardware checks etc and if not used it expires , op sys gave me it in good time .

Anyway went to cd keys they got a good sale on at moment.

The pc is excellent runs super cool and excellent build

It did also come with tai chi lite when I asked for the taichi but I did say I preferred the lite to be fair and obviously they changed cases for me and was being kind upgrading me and was going for stealth build 🥷 so I guess they did right

Excellent computer / Extreme Delays

The computer is fantastic, runs games on ultra settings and looks phenomenal, I was provided with an upgrade in SSD due to extreme delays, only due to their popularity. Something that could be resolved with more realistic build and delivery times as I don't mind waiting for quality! I have had the computer for almost a year now and done a couple of fresh instals of windows to keep it decluttered and have had no other issues than Windows displaying across two monitors poorly (one being vertical) causing the background to render in landscape - something i fixed with display fusion as a patch.

Only 4 stars due to delay and the fact the lian-li fans were installed in the wrong place on the front instead of on the top even after clarifying where i wanted them 3 times XD

Enormous Delays, Bad Service

Repeatedly lied about delivery times, ended up taking several months to receive my computer. When it was clear that they didn't intend to even come close to meeting the order I tried to cancel and they refused.

Will never be using them for anything again.

We can assure you that we would never lie to our customers and we are sorry that our communication has made you feel this way. Our team tries to deliver as accurate information as possible based on information we receive from suppliers and component manufacturers. We can see that there were complications during the timeframe you ordered, firstly some stock supply issues were still present and then the Intel 14th generation issues that were widely reported upon needed resolving during the testing phases before we could guarantee your system met the required high-performance threshold that separates our systems from others in the industry.

Any 14th-generation order had to go through additional testing to ensure that faulty chips or voltages were not going to impact customers upon delivery. Intel didn’t really have a complete solution available right away, so it required a lot of deep dive performance testing and waiting for BIOS updates to be applied before we could guarantee system reliability - something which is paramount to us.

Having said all that, we accept your frustration is fully justified given the length of delay - we are just trying to explain the cause here.

We are hopeful that upon receiving the PC you can attest to the exception level of build quality we apply and that your system performance over the last few months has been positive and has exceeded your expectations.

Moving forwards, we are about supporting OPSYS owners for life so we’re eager to resolve this for you and we don’t want you to feel like you can’t come to us for support or future needs if you ever need them.

Outstanding customer service

I purchased a pre-built computer from Opsys and was quickly contacted to let me know that the 9800x3d chip for the CPU was no longer in stock due to some delays from AMD.
Dan the Customer Service Manager, Opsys Ltd apologised and said that the CEO was trying to source a CPU as soon as possible as AMD were not able to deliver for a couple of weeks.
To my surprised within 2 days they had sourced the right CPU and my computer was on its way.
I was informed of every stage of the process and the situation was handled with care, grace, and professionalism.
Even though there was an issue, by keeping me informed I felt that this company cared about their customers' experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new pc.

Great PC with great customer support

The build quality is really good and they have been very open and quick to respond with updates about how its going. it did take a long time to get here but they explained why and gave me compensation for it. if you're looking for a pc that will last and have a very good warranty and upgradability then definitely go with them but if you want a pc quickly then look for someone else but the quality wont be as good. its clear they are having some issues with the number of systems they have to do but its reassuring to know they haven't cut any corners and are still delivering the best.
