Great customer service, great value for money in short. The advice I received whilst considering my options was spot on and the staff member I spoke to, Dan was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that made sense.

The build was great, quick turn around and as I said, the staff know their stuff and seemed happy to help.

I would give them 5 stars as the customer service is excellent and the final build is excellent, but a full 3 month wait for a system to be built is unacceptable imo. They did upgrade the cpu cooler and add more storage as compensation but as neither were needed i accepted them, otherwise i was getting nothing.
They did keep me informed through the process but it was mostly to tell me i would be getting the system by the end of the month or next week , but eventually it was a full 3 months from March to June.
They seem good people in the customer services department but are hugely let down by other departments. The advertised lead times said 3 weeks.
Overall im happy with my system and customer services have helped me since by email with a few minor niggles, i do recommend them , however be aware the lead times arent true, even when they know they have a huge backlog they maintain the lead times are 3 weeks, if you want your system built quickly then i would think again, if you dont mind then they are very good at building systems and good customer support.

These guys are experts in what they do and from my experience in dealing with them, I’ll be a customer that returns again.

The system itself surpassed my expectations, I went for an Ryzen 9 7950X and it really is a monster! Super fast!! I went for a Hyte Y 60 case and everything looks great inside as always on display, cables look extremely neat and tidy.

I collected as live locally, but product was packaged extremely well for transport and would have no problems if you’re having a courier deliver your system.

I had an issue with the PSU and dealt with Dan regarding this. This was swapped out for a new one and the machine hasn’t missed a beat since. The team here are great and can’t fault them. Thanks again and will be back further down the line when system needs and upgrade.

Great quality build, really impressively put together.
A few delays in getting the build done but after contacting Dan from customer support he has been an angel with helping speed up the process.
As a sweetener they upgraded my cpu and chucked in some free LED strip lights for the case.
All optimisation and benchmark tests are completed when testing so as soon as you get your build it is already good to go. A support USB stick came with it that has quite a few useful files and also includes all your bench and 3d mark test results.
Packaging is tightly and safely secured to avoid and movement in the delivery phase. Just make sure you find all the plastic foam pieces as there are plenty!
Overall very satisfied and would certainly use them again. Although as I say probably double your lead time from the order site.

I am not one for jumping on and writing reviews, though I used this site prior to ordering my custom build with Opsys, so this is to help anyone else in that position. The website and initial communication prior to ordering, the guys are fantastic, very helpful, things started to drop off quite suddenly thereafter.

I ordered my pc on the 20th Feb with the build time of 6-8 weeks aprox on the website. This was obviously ambitious once April rolled around and there were very little in updates from Opsys on what was going on. May arrived, by this point feeling mugged off I started calling for updates being told the first week in June will be the earliest (note each update involved myself prompting this, it was not initiated by Opsys).

Giving them their due, both Michael & Dan are trying to do their best with what they have, I cant take that from them, though the strategy for customer service here is non existent.

I received an email on 4th June stating there were issues with some of the components and would I take a free upgrade on the SSD & CPU which I had initially picked. Fantastic a little bit of redemption for Opsys on this move given the last few months. No further comms regarding the build to say if this was resolved or when the delivery date would likely be. Received an automated DPD email saying it would be delivered 8th June.

15 and a bit weeks from order placed to your door is simply not good enough when you're advertising half of this as a lead time, and this was with me being bumped up the waiting queue. This has to be addressed on the website as it is totally misleading, in hindsight I would not have went with Opsys knowing what I do now and I have told the team this.

I have had no communication from Opsys since, not even a follow up asking how I am getting on out of curtesy.
The build itself is exactly how I envisioned, but it does leave a sour taste in the mouth given the cost, hurdles and chasing to get to this point.

The only reason there is 3 stars is due to the free upgrade, build quality and packaging being secured.

had issues during the testing phase but updated me throughout the whole process. amazing customer service fr. and the pc is so good with even though most prebuilt have very bad cable management they managed to make it look beautiful fr.

Starting with the negative. Website is misleading re' delivery times. On check out was told 14 working days. After purchase was told up to 14-20 working days. Reality it took nearly 2 months, over 40 working days.
Also once I finally did receive the PC the copy of Windows 11pro I had purchase, had not been installed and completely forgotten about!
I ended up installing and setting the PC up myself.
based on these 2 issues I'm taking away 2 stars.

The PC it self is truly beautiful and very well made. So quiet I don't even know when it's on. I can not fault this side of things. Very happy.

In conclusion, the PC is 10/10, but you might go bald from pulling your hair out in frustration thank misleading delivery times and the poor communication Opsys has between departments.

A brilliant machine, easy to keep in contact through E-mail. Had zero issues, and was kept up to date.

There was one problem and it was the delivery time but I want gonna let that stop me from giving them five stars as their customer service was amazing as they helped me speed up my build to get it delivered quick and also gave me free upgrades!! Definitely would buy from them again!! But they do need to work on their delivery time

Have yet to receive my computer but Michael has been extremely helpful regarding any questions and changes i have.

Really happy with my system and well worth the wait. It did take a longer than expected, however communication was good and when collected the system is even quicker/better than what I was hoping for. I will come back here for future builds also.

OPSYS has been fast, helpful and reliable in my use of their service. The PC arrived as specced and works perfectly.

Tbh, this review could have been a 1 star.
First when I ordered my computer it said something in the lines of 10 days delivery. As soon as the order was made I got an email leting me know there where a shortage of components and it would be a little longer. I was fine with that and they promised a minimum of a weekly update, if possible twice a week. On week passed and I got an email saying nothing changed.. 2 weeks, same thing. It took a total of 6 weeks to get the computer... so why 5 stars? During this whole procces we had a great dialogue, I upgraded the ddr5 to 64 gb, no problem. Theu where very proffesional and helpfull. And when they finaly got the parts they emailed me and told me the case was out of shape and they wherent happy with the final product, worked extra that weekend and rebuilt the computer in another case they had home. In total I was sade for the delay, but not their fault, and the way they treated me and the skill they have would make me use them again. Also, the price is extremly competative

Okay, so, I waited few months before writing a review. Pc took a long time to be dispatched, but Opsys was kind enough to give me weekly updates and they kept me informed about queue status. Unfortunately (it’s not opsys fault) pc arrived with a gpu-pct cable not working properly. I had to find a quick walk around using 3 8 pin cables to 1 nvidia gpu cable to be able to use it. Opsys managed to send me another cable but unfortunately was not the correct one. After few emails they managed to find a solution to my problem and they sent me a new 12 pin cable for my gpu.

Having said that I must say, pc arrived nicely protected and with a usb pendrive with all the documentations, apps and drivers I needed.
Support was almost perfect, I know they are quite busy with all the orders so I totally understand if they needs some days to reply to my emails.
Pc was very well built and cable management was really well done.
You guys are amazing, really happy with my order!

Just received my custom build Opsys PC. Fantastic service from the moment I ordered it. I contacted Opsys prior to ordering as I wanted to ask a few questions with regards to my specifications, I spoke to Michael who was very helpful. I placed the order that Michael kindly helped put together for me. Throughout the wait for my custom build I was updated every Friday without fail. I did have to wait for my build but I was fully aware of this. While waiting I had a couple of updates via a quick phone call, all fantastic. The PC was delivered next day as promised. I received a text and email to advise me of the time it would arrive. It came bang on time. I was blown away by the attention to detail that had been taken to package it up for safe transit. On opening the box and taking out the PC I was pleased to see how good the quality of the build was. All the information was easy to follow and setup was completed in a timely manner. I can’t recommend Opsys enough if you’re in the market for a high end custom gaming PC.

don't bother buying a computer from opsys.co.uk you will regret it I better explain what happened I bought a custom computer from their website that cost me £4000 on the website it said it'll take a week to do but I had a phone call said it would take a month when I did receive it I've just had one big headache just keeps crashing I have spoken to opsys.co.uk on the issue is to do with the overclocking they told me to update the BIOS that didn't help at all when I spent weeks and weeks trying to contact them then they tell me I shouldn't have update the BIOS maybe I should have built it myself the issue I have I'm disabled there won't be very good building it that’s why I ask opsys.co.uk to build one for me it took me 2 years to save up that money I just wanted to get expensive computer to last me for a while so it looks like I've got to save up again to buy another computer from somewhere else
