Great customer care when things didn’t go right but fab recovery shoes

The most comfortable flip flops I’ve ever bought. I’m not a runner, but I do suffer with back and knee pain amongst others because of fibromyalgia. After reading reviews about helping with joint pain I just had to try them.
I love them so much that I’m wearing them around the house as I can’t wait for the warmer weather.

These shoes (sliders and flip flops) are super comfy and my go to shoes first thing in the morning, after a day at work but especially after a hard run.

I swear by Oofos so I bought my wife a pair. She loves them so much she will buy more. Highly recommended not just as a recovery shoe but comfy and great support anytime.

Bought to help address my plantar facilities, so far so good, really comfy and great support. It won’t cure the problem but now it’s more bearable. Great service and can happily recommend.

I paid extra for delivery before Christmas and the courier failed to turn up. Love the Oofos, let down by delivery. You shouldn't take extra cash for a service you can't provide.

I haven’t stopped raving about the comfort and relief since I first put them on

I own several pairs now and recently bought a further pair for my mother-in-law. Mother-in-Law suffers from arthritis in knees, and I have ankle Physio; and the shoes/ sandals are fantastic.

The flip flops I bought are for plantar fasciitis and they are excellent recovery shoe when you have painful feet. I use them around the house and they are 5 star for pain relief. I give them 4 stars because they don't last particularly long, I never walk in mine and only wear them round the house as slippers and they are giving up after 4 months. For the price I would expect them to last longer under gentle wear.
