Excellent

I have a foot problem and have been wearing Oofos for a few years, they are very comfortable. This is the first time I have purchased them direct from Oofos. I had a product query, communication was very good. Delivery very quick. The shoes are a bit expensive, but I bought mine in the sale, For me they are worth the price as I need that comfort underfoot.

Dangerous - do not buy

I bought 2 pairs and they have both snapped. The pair that snapped last night caused me to fall over in the street. They are expensive shoes and you do not expect this after a couple of wears.

I was hesitant to order from OOFOS…

I was hesitant to order from OOFOS based on the reviews but placed an order anyway. I then read a few more reviews and changed my mind so I contacted their customer services and asked to cancel my order. I was helped by Lynne who sorted the cancellation out for me straight away and reassured me about the company.
I researched a little more and found that OOFOS have the best arch support for plantar fasciitis which I am suffering from. I ended up ordering with them and purchased the nomad recovery sandal as it have the best recommendations for recovery.
I have to say I am very impressed with the sandal, they are stylish and have given me instant relief so much so that I have worn them every single day since they arrived. I have also had friends say they like them.

Please don’t be put off by some of the reviews my experience has been 10/10

The only thing I will say is for the price the packaging could be better, but that’s not a big deal.

Will be buying another pair soon.

Worst customer service - avoid at all costs

A great product, but shocking customer service. Returned an online order as they were too big (you really need to size down) with this product.

If you are unable to call Oofos, you get the same robotic reply, and they play games by saying it's in transit, which it technically is. However, what they don't say is that they have so many returns that they get them held at the sorting office, delaying the refund even longer.

AI is great, but use it better, give an honest update, and stop fobbing customers off. I will now NEVER buy this product and will ensure I tell everyone—I hate to manage what it would be like if I had a product defect.

Have Oofos UK gone bust???

We recently returned a pair of Oofos (too small) back direct to Oofos requesting an exchange for the next size up. That’s just over a month ago and we can’t get hold of anyone for an update - total radio silence since they confirmed receipt of the returned pair. Anyone got any insights?

Poor quality sandals

Bought a pair of oofos ,very comfortable but unfortunately after couple months of usage it starts splitting on the sides .Poor quality for an expensive pair of sandals. Disappointing!!!!

The reoccurring issue with OOFOS UK is…

The reoccurring issue with OOFOS UK is the sizing, and returns process.

I've purchased from the company via different platforms including in this instance - direct.

The size guide on the OOFOS UK website does not correspond with the actual measurements, hence misleading.

I've measured existing pairs of the same style, at the angle suggested, and the measurements do not correspond with the company's.

This has been going on for years - why are OOFOS UK incapable of dealing with this issue?

Comfortable but don't last long

Oofos are very comfortable, they alleviate the pain I have from a torn Achilles and Morton's Neuroma.

However, they take a couple of weeks to break in, they then mould to your feet and feel really comfy for 3- 6 months.

Then they become too flat and no longer as cushioning. Given how expensive they are I would expect them to last at least a year. I would rate them 5 stars if they lasted longer or cost less.

Also for the adjustable slides their sizing is large. I'm recommended buying a size smaller.

No shoes, no refund, no reply.

After returning my Oofos after trying them on indoors I was told they had been worn in an email from a customer service agent. I was also told they had no paperwork included for the return despite the Royal Mail returns process being digital (I had filled in all of my returns info online). Of course I replied with all of this - over a week later still no reply or confirmation of receipt. I am now out of pocket for sandals I haven’t received. I have followed up, and I’ve received seemingly random emails saying ‘How was your support from X today?’ Which leads me to think staff are just closing my tickets without actually dealing with the issue.

Not impressed so far!

Ordered some days ago. No email acknowledging order from Oofos. Instead I get an email that appears to be spam from a generically named “Outdoor & Sports Company”. Only then do I get something from Oofos.co.uk.
The courier chosen by Oofos claims to have “missed me” twice, despite being home both times. Starting to find it very difficult to spend my money with Oofos! Rivals are much slicker!!

A friend of mine loaned me her ookos…

A friend of mine loaned me her ookos for a few days and they were great for my feet never had and soreness so I ordered a pair for myself on the 17 th June and they were delivered today 20 June thank you kindly I will looking maybe another pair

Poor Quality for the price

I Give Up On These Flip Flops, here’s Why …

I have suffered with plantar fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis for some time. Discovered these ‘cushioned’ flip flops and they felt so comfortable, I went crazy buying a total of Five pairs including the Ooh la la thick ones over about a year and a half. The first problem I encountered was the toe post on my first black pair snapping, literally just snapped… I got an exchange, so far so good.
I went to Thailand and a second pair, leopard print , snapped on the beach, I was told they were not designed for beach wear … what the hell ??? Eventually got another exchange.
Now a navy pair have snapped, hardly any wear, same problem. Bear in mind it’s been winter and I’ve only worn them at home as slippers.
Problem now is that I can’t find my email receipt, I think I’ve deleted it and they won’t help me.
As per a review I read recently I think these flip flops are dangerously unsafe to wear and oh , I forgot the sixth pair which I bought from Up and Running for my teenage son, he’s not worn them yet and he’s worried about taking them on holiday considering how many snaps I’ve had!
Also, they wear down quite quickly, start off thick and supportive but quickly loose the cushion.
I was a good customer and would have continued purchasing but the poor service has highlighted the poor quality.

Design flaw!

Their sandals (flipflops) were comfortable but very UNSAFE when they got wet, even sweat would cause my foot to slide out the side of the shoe, even on level ground. I almost sprained my ankle a couple of times but I kept wearing them when I should have thrown them away. Eventually my foot slipped out against a rock and RIPPED my toenail right off! Blood everywhere! I reached out to the company, explained what happened and asked for a discount on a different style of shoe but no one ever answered me :(

Fast returns?

Can't comment on the shoes as they weren't for me and didn't fit my mum who I bought them for but had no problems trying to place an order or with them fulfilling it. Used their so called "fast returns" system and did get my money back without any issues but I don't think 11 days from posting to getting a refund is fast tbh, I'd drop that from the name.

Promises from Oofos unfulfilled. Messenger message asking for details on Oofos FB page - still no response. Called their London number and message supposedly handed on from an accounts person.

My husband bought me some Oofos for Christmas as I have been very happy with their flip flops. They were faulty and they only responded to my emails after I gave up and posted my disappointment on Trust Pilot. They did however replace them quickly after my post. The new pair is developing the same fault and I hole is forming in the canvas of one shoe. I have only been wearing them indoors for about 2-3 weeks. I have emailed customer service again but as per my previous experience they haven’t responded. The idea of the products and comfort are excellent but the customer service and quality of my OOMG EZZEE shoes are not up to standard. Fed up as I need them to help mange my plantar fasciitis and they were an expensive Christmas present

Supposed Free Shipping is a Con

Supposed Free Shipping is a Con. Non discounted items are free but because I like a sale item they charge £3 shipping. That is extremely bad practice and not a way to gain extra customers. Very disappointed, it’s the principle that counts here and the way different customers are treated.

Looks like it’s Skechers for me now despite having bought from you before.
