Exchanging or returning from the US costs the same as the product, making it impossible to trade or return.

Love these slides!

My feet feels good wearing the shoes. I do not have any pain. They are different from the other I wear but they feel great.

My foot with plantar fasciitis immediately felt better and after a week feels much better. Working better than expected so far.

The slides are way too small. I wear US 11 and the slides that were sent say 44-45 which should be the right size. However, my toe hangs over the front. They are not even close.
They are also very different than the picture and description. They are not soft or cushioned. They are complete junk.
I have sent an email requesting a refund and still have heard nothing.

Hi, would like to give you Zero stars, but that’s not an option, I have not received my order, now 4 weeks, very little response from Recuvv, i’m not sure if i’m getting my order, personally, i would never use this company again.

I am so disappointed with this company.

First of all they dont tell you that the product is being shipped from China and takes at least two weeks.

Secondly, the recovery slides which I ordered are hard cheap imitation of Hoka - but not a patch on the quality of Hoka or comfort. They are nasty and I am so annoyed.

I have emailed the company twice requesting a return but of course they are ignoring my communication because they dont want you to return them! I will give it another week then will make a claim on my credit card

I receive non the product I paid for , non even near a what te website show , Total disappointment

Comfortable but on the small size, I’m UK 11 so ordered US 12, a little on the small side so if I went again wish I had ordered larger.

The Recuvv Pain Relief Insoles are fantastic. They provide really good support for my feet after experiencing plantar fasciitis and heel spur pain for the past couple of years. These insoles make such a big difference and allow me to walk pain free again. Highly recommend!

It would have been a five but delivery is slow ans I had to chase a few times on where my order was.
Apart from that they are very comfortable to wear and I would recommend.

These were bought for my partner and he will be taking them on holiday. He says they are really comfortable and he's looking forward to wearing them. Highly recommended! Many thanks!

These are copies of the far superior Hoka slides and are cheap light weight plastic copies. I tried to return mine but they wanted me to pay tracked international shipping to get my money back. I am not throwing good money after bad. Straight to the bin.

The slides are great, my wife loves them. She said they are the only ones that help her with her foot pain. The ordering process was easy and the shipping was quick. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic sliders really comfy

Immediately relief from plantar faciitis pain as soon as I wore them. However, your size chart is way off. I ordered the size per your chart and they are too big. I have ordered a smaller size and hope they fit better.

I’ve been struggling with my feet for the last 1 year maybe longer, could hardly walk in the morning in so much pain, training went from every day to nothing. Since having the Recuvv sliders my feet feel so much better and on the mend, can’t wait for the new year to get back out doing what I miss.

Delivery took several weeks, but that is the only downside. Product is great and could feel the difference in my plantar Fasciitis almost immediately. I would highly recommend!
