Beware of examination online.
Great course and customer support. Shout out to Sam.
Beware of the Serco (the company in charge of running the exam) they have STRICT rules in regards to the examination and kick out anyone from the zoom call if you don’t follow the rules. They give zero explanation on why you were kicked out aswell. I was kicked out and I did everything right.
Despite being kicked out of the exam Ontario security licence kept in touch and has been helpful in my attempt to get a refund from Serco

Great course content and informative videos Quizzes were very helpful in learning and retaining which could have been overwhelming amount of information Course facilitators and online help were prompt and answered all my questions effectively Police check and CPR training were included which saved me time and money had it been necessary to book on my own
