I as having problem trying to purchase…

I was having problem trying to purchase the Coles’ gift voucher.
Katrina told me it’s due to my bank system not able to accept confirmation from Onsi’s end.
But she follow up with the issue and manage to solve that problem in very good time.
I’m very impressed with her dedication and efficiency in solving problem

Wonderful customer service

As an Amazon flex worker in Australia, my Onsi account was accidentally set up in UK. Thus I am unable to access any deals for Australia user. I reached their customer service team to get help and Matt as their Member Support Manager put a lot of effort on this with their technical team. I believe I would still unable to use my account without his help. Highly recommend his services, and greatly appreciated.

Reluctant at first

When I first downloaded the Onsi app, I ordered a voucher before making a payment, and there was an error with my voucher.
I quickly assumed the app was bogus, and got in touch with the customer service team to vent my frustrations and get some help.

I was swiftly contacted by a team member, named Katrina, who could not have been more helpful!

She explained to me where I had made the mistake, and still refunded me for the voucher, even though the error had actually been made by me.

Since following her advice I have had nothing but positive experiences.

I like that as a customer I can see on the app how much I have saved, it really does add up.

Every store I use, online or in person, has been on the app so I am actually saving on every single purchase I make a month.

I now love this app!

Onsi is a fantastic platform that has…

Onsi is a fantastic platform that has recently been introduced by the UK's biggest dedicated parcel delivery company. The platform has game changing services such as Digital GP, Health and Wellbeing plus Financial Management including On Demand Pay through your employer. The app is super easy to navigate however should you find yourself needing guidance or support the Customer Service is outstanding.

Onsi making a difference

I gained access to Onsi through a partnership with Amazon Flex. I use the platform to get vouchers, which I mainly use for my grocery shopping at retail stores.

One day, I encountered an error while using the app and was unable to make any purchases. I reached out to Onsi support, and they resolved my issue on the first attempt.

Given the cost of living crisis, Onsi is really making a difference.

Useless customer service

I have been unable to add money to my onsi card for over a month due to an internal error of the platform. I have contacted support several times and they seem unable to sort out the issue, they've not even bother to reply to my last email.
