It is so tortuous to try and resolve an issue. Their Customer Service is via Zendesk....a generic service of offside agents. They delivered the wrong item and I am currently on my 3rd attempt to return it. If they actually had real customer service agents this could have easily been sorted. Would avoid in future for this reason.

Laeeqah quickly sent me a redelivery of a lost parcel. Very helpful to me today and friendly.

Ordered two marquees for an event. They sent me tables and a 1 damaged marquee instead. Took so long to resolve the issue, worse company to order from as you can’t call them and have to liaise via email which meant they didn’t fix the issue before my event. I was left with no marquee for my event. Don’t order from them no matter how good the prices look! Dealt with 3 different people not reading previous emails (Faatimah, Justhea, Ntuthu)
They used yodel to pick up items who didn’t bother showing up which meant a further delay in my refund until they finally did arrive (late). Just a difficult company to deal with from start to finish.

I placed my first order and was informed my order was complete, however I did not receive the tracking details. After one e-mail contact, Limeez from customer service answered my query and provided me with the tracking info I needed, putting my mind at ease. I found the customer service I received was excellent.

Excellent customer service, Laeeqah was really helpful, explained the reason behind my delivery issue and offered assistance in rectifying it.

Got a bench between mine and a neighbours and wanted it to be a pleasant place to sit and chat and after buying the seat cushion last year I saw the fleece and pillows to match and it makes a big difference for not a lot of money. Thanks OHS

Having completed the build I noticed one of the corners on the top of the cabinet was slightly chipped, couldn’t be bothered dismantling and sending back, you get what you pay for ?

Excellent product easy to order. Only downfall is the courier service used to deliver parcel. In post couriers a total nightmare they always say they'll deliver one day then you find they come up with an excuse and deliver parcel when ever they like. Recommended changing delivery company

The bench cushion arrived on time and in good condition. It fill well and looks good. ( the cats love it! )

I order garden swing,received faulty and missing parts,reported to oh’s website they arrange delivery to collect faulty swing ,nobody turned up to pick ,I waited full day having a time off work,so I reported again after 4 days replying, back to me ,that she was going to arrange to pick up faulty product ,nobody turned up yet us been going on for more then week ,I paid for stuff and I am chasing them for refund my money and pick up their faulty stuff.
