THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF AND COMPANY
OHS ive been a loyal customer to this company however a courier left my parcel in an unsafe space which was then stolen ive got 2 big signs on my front door one at eye level height and one at the bottom of the door stating DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS UNATTENDED as I do not have a safe space !! But the courier decided he couldn't be bothered and just dumped it bow ivw contacted OHS and told think they would be understanding and want to help but ohh noooo there anything but helpful emails back amd forth ect getting nowhere with laakidsha or whatever her name is wanting me to print out forms when I dont have a printer fgs
At the end of the day im not in the wrong and havent done anything wrong apart from order from this company .OHS contract os with the couriers !!!
My contract is with OHS and I paid to have my order delivered to me in person not just dumped something and not respect clear signs 🤬so who's at fault here ?? The courier exactly 💯 and do you know the worst of it its a doormat that costs £4 but this is the doormat I didnt receive and all this palava over £4 seriously but its not about the cost its on principle as ive paid for something I havent received "goods not received" I know my statutory rights and thats refund or replace but they are denying this is want me to jump through hoops but its ok ill do a chargeback no problem atall ....the customer service staff are unbelievably BAD AT THERE JOB to be good at the job yiu have to have empathy and understanding especially when its not the customers fault .get a grip laakisha you arnt the CEO of OHS and ill be making a formal complaint too

Fleece bedding - love the fleece bedding from this company, excellent price. Would have given 5 stars but part of my order didn't arrive. Customer service was great, this was soon resolved, thanks to all concerned. Would definitely buy more bedding from this company.

This company are thieves had two orders one arrived ok second no sign of it. Sent me a form to write out. I'm 77 and don't have a clue about tech. No help from customer service either do what we say or forget it. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Placed two orders received half of the items . They said I had received them but then had a message from Yodel saying order has gone back to them and now they are ignoring my emails after an initial response . I did like the items I received but won't use them again

Had to give it one star. Couldn’t give it a 0 otherwise I would. DONT order from this company. You’ll not get your order and trying to get through to them is like knocking head against brick wall. Money lost, lesson learnt. PLEASE give them a wide berth.
Difficult to contact
Difficult to contact. Online form only allows for specific scenarios , you’re not able to alter these which is ridiculous. Also they use Yodel for delivery which adds another layer of pain. I still haven’t received my goods.

Second time I have ordered from them and it will be last. Received 2 out of 8 items which state have been delivered but not to me obviously or I would have them getting nothing but excuses from company. Please never use them you will lose your money

I have specifically asked details (number of pieces) on a set as nothing on website. After receiving an email where I was told there are 4 pieces (what I needed), I've ordered 2 sets. And guess what?? Is missing one piece! The set has only 3 pieces. Of course, no one answered my queries, emails, complaint, to rectify somehow, or asset, or even apologise! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I will not use this company ever again ,I paid for delivery and have spent 90 pounds overall ,needed to send back one item ,the returns system is terrible I've spent at least four hrs trying to return an item each time u try goes right back to beginning so frustrating
Very Poor Refund Service
We ordered some Bedding items which were delivered in good time. However, I decided to return the majority of them for a refund.
The returns label wasn’t being recognised by the YODEL shop assistant, who told me to email them and they’d send me another return label.
That I did, and, after many emails of not hearing anything - Razaana emailed me a return label with a itemised return list to pop in the parcel.
We logged everything down which totalled £77.50 - secured the parcel and dropped it off at the YODEL shop and received our proof of posting.
Razaana emailed me to say could we email them with our return items, which we did! However, Razaana replied to say she’s issued a refund for £45.13 - a shortfall of £32.37.
What is going on here is now starting to affect my mental health and email after email - Razaana can’t seem to grasp I’m at a loss of £32.37.
I’m bitterly disappointed with their customer service and have never experienced an issue like this when I’ve shopped at OHS before!
I hope if they read this, that my refund total of £77.50 will be settled and, surely, for the stress and inconvenience they’ve caused me - my whole order amount of £101.80 should be refunded as a gesture of goodwill.
